Has Jeremy Horton REALLY Changed Or Is He Full of False Promises?
Friday’s Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Maggie Kiriakis manages to push Jeremy Horton’s buttons. Jeremy has been insisting LOUDLY since returning to Salem that he’s a changed man, but Maggie clearly isn’t buying it!
Here’s the thing about Jeremy’s past that makes Maggie’s skepticism totally understandable: Jeremy has a criminal record that includes fraud, setting up a bogus charity for cancer-afflicted children to fund his condo and sports car, AND involvement in human trafficking! He was literally smuggling women from the UK for prostitution back in 2007!
Jeremy claims he’s turned his life around and even got his teaching certification, landing a job at North Salem Elementary. But can you blame Maggie Kirakis for not believing that someone with THAT kind of criminal history has suddenly become a model citizen? Maggie probably says something that implies she thinks Jeremy is still up to his old tricks, and Jeremy feels judged and lumped in with all the same assumptions everyone’s always made about him!
The real question is whether Maggie’s instincts are right.

EJ DiMera Targets Leo Stark Because He’s Snooping Around the SECRET LAB
Friday’s spoilers reveal that EJ DiMera makes a decision regarding Leo Stark that leaves Gwen Rizczech protesting. Here’s what’s REALLY going on: Leo has been snooping around the construction site beneath the hospital where EJ and Dr. Rolf are building a secret lab, and EJ wants him GONE!
Leo works as an investigative reporter for the Spectator now, and his journalistic instincts have kicked in. He’s been poking around trying to figure out what EJ is hiding in that mysterious lab. The spoilers suggest EJ is working with Dr. Rolf to potentially bring someone back from the dead, and Leo getting too close to that secret is a MAJOR problem!
Gwen has been trying to distract Leo by dangling stories about his imprisoned ex-lover Dimitri, but Leo’s not easily fooled. Now EJ is making some kind of move against Leo, and Gwen is protesting because despite everything Leo did to her (including sleeping with her husband Dimitri), she doesn’t want to see him get hurt or worse!
Rafe Hernandez Warns Cat Greene She’s Playing a DANGEROUS Game
The Friday spoilers mention that Rafe Hernandez issues a warning to Cat Greene. Here’s the context that makes this warning so important: Cat has been working undercover with Rafe to investigate EJ for the ISA, and she just drugged EJ to search the DiMera mansion for evidence about the kidnappings!
Cat and Rafe believe EJ might be behind the disappearance of multiple DiMera family members including Chad, Tony, and Kristen. But long-range spoilers indicate that EJ is eventually going to end up in the crypt as well, which should exonerate him completely. In the interim, Cat has been getting dangerously close to EJ, even having dinners that seem more romantic all the time, and she continues to secretly investigate him.
The situation is even more complicated because Cat has a hidden connection to EJ from their time together at a rehab clinic in Italy. Perhaps Rafe is warning Cat that she’s getting too emotionally involved and she needs to be more careful before EJ figures out what she’s really up to!
As Crypt Claustrophobia Sets in, Chad DiMera Confesses His FEARS to Theo Carver
Friday’s spoilers reveal that Chad DiMera is expressing his fears to Theo Carver while both are trapped in the crypt. Chad has every reason to be terrified. He’s trapped in the DiMera family crypt with Kristen and Tony, and earlier this week they made a bone-chilling discovery when they found human remains while trying to dig their way out!
Chad is probably worried he’ll never escape and never see his kids Thomas and Charlotte again. The custody hearing happened without him, and Jennifer is probably going to use his disappearance as proof that being around the DiMeras is dangerous for the children.
There’s also the terrifying reality that whoever is kidnapping the DiMeras has now taken multiple family members, and nobody knows the endgame. Finding those human bones suggests that people have died in that crypt before, which means Chad, Kristen, Theo and Tony are in REAL danger.
