If Kayla is delivering medical news about Shawn or another family member, Belle might not be able to handle another blow. Then again, maybe this is GOOD news for once? That would be a refreshing change on Days of Our Lives, where good news is about as rare as a DiMera with a conscience.

Together, they’re a dangerous duo who could cause serious problems for whoever ends up in their crosshairs.
