Young & the Restless fans are paying attention to what is going on in Genoa City & the writers have no idea. Since when has Tessa Porter been a pushover? Since when has Christian loved spending time with Sharon at Sharon’s? What happened to Cassidy 1st doing business with Hamilton Winters? Will things make sense once Sharon is found on Y&R?
Tessa Porter Pushed Over Without a Clue by Ian Ward
Even now that Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) knows that Warren Masters is really Ian Ward (Ray Wise) she still thinks Ian was in the right place at the right time outside of Society to help her when she was about to fall over after having trouble breathing. What in the fresh hell is this about?
Tessa Porter used to be a bad girl & had no issues operating outside of the law. She’s a crafty bitch. Why isn’t she thinking like one? Tessa works in a bar. It’s a nice bar, but drinks can be poisoned anywhere, especially in Genoa City. It still has not crossed Tessa’s mind once that who she thought was her new favorite guest Warren Masters could have poisoned her. Even Tessa’s wife Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) is out to lunch on what could have happened, let alone what did happen.
Tessa’s Singing Career & Mariah at Cassidy 1st on Y&R
Speaking of Tessa Porter. What happened to her singing career? Once upon a time, she was going to tour with Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian). Danny has been back to Genoa City at least a couple of times since this opportunity came up but the opportunity has not been revisited. There is simply no way that Mariah’s job at Cassidy 1st would be holding back Tessa from touring. Mariah spends more time watching her wife work at Society than parenting Aria & working with her mother Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) altogether.
It’s clear not even the writers are not sure who is running Cassidy 1st or what the company even does. There’s supposedly an office, but it’s been hidden from Young & the Restless fans. Another office that is missing is Hamilton-Winters since Winters separated from Chancellor. Devon Winters (Bryton James) has been too busy meddling in other people’s business & finding a place for his business to do business.
Once upon a time, Sharon was in touch with Devon about doing business together. Perhaps Devon should see about finding office space with Sharon if her space is in fact real. Young & the Restless fans only see Sharon Newman working at the coffeehouse whether it’s for Crimson Lights or not.
Christian Newman Adores Sharon Newman, Since When?
Young & the Restless fans just took in a record number of Christian mentions in one episode probably ever. All of a sudden & out of nowhere, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) went on & on about how much Christian loves Sharon & spending time with her. Since when?!? Now Christian is spending time with Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) as Nick Newman is taking a deeper dive into finding Sharon which he thinks will be into the river. Victor & Nikki Newman (Eric Braeden & Melody Thomas Scott) have offered to do everything in their power to help during this tough time with Ian Ward back in Genoa City & Sharon Newman missing, including setting up playdates. Christian is going to love playing with Johnny & Katie Abbott (Paxton Mishkind & Sienna Mercuri), per Nick & Nikki Newman. Again, since when?!?
Can someone make Young & the Restless make some sense at some point??…
