THEY’RE NOT KEEPING ANNA DEVANE ALIVE OUT OF KINDNESS AND GH FANS ARE TERRIFIED

TL;DR: Anna Devane is being held captive and her rare blood cancer is getting worse. She’s bleeding from the nose, she’s weak, and her captors want to finish “Faison’s work.” What if they’re using Anna’s blood for their twisted experiments on General Hospital*?*

Anna Devane Is in Serious Danger

Anna Devane is in trouble, and we’re not just talking about being held captive by Sidwell and his mysterious partner. Anna has polycythemia vera, a rare blood cancer that requires regular phlebotomy treatments to keep her alive. Without those treatments, her blood thickens and she risks having a heart attack or stroke.

And now she’s bleeding from the nose and gasping “Oh God no.”

Her captors know about her condition. Anna told Pascal she needs phlebotomy treatments or she’ll die. But here’s the question that’s keeping us up at night: what if they’re not just withholding treatment? What if they’re USING her blood cancer for something far more sinister?

They Want to Finish Faison’s Work

Sidwell’s mystery partner made it very clear: they must finish “Faison’s work.” That’s terrifying on its own. Cesar Faison was one of the most twisted villains in soap opera history, and anything connected to his legacy is bad news.

But it gets worse. This mystery man, who Jack Brennan called “Director Cullum,” made a very suspicious comment about Anna not seeing his “face.” Why would he phrase it that way unless his face is something worth hiding?

And then Anna received a copy of Faison’s novel with a personal dedication to HER.

The pieces are adding up to something horrifying. What if Cullum IS Faison? What if the man who was obsessed with Anna for decades has been alive this whole time, wearing a mask, waiting to finish what he started?

Anna’s Blood Could Be the Key

Here’s where the speculation gets DARK. Anna Devane has a rare blood cancer that causes her body to produce too many red blood cells. She’s been managing this condition since 2017 with regular blood draws.

What if Faison’s “work” requires something in her blood? What if her rare condition makes her the perfect test subject? What if they’ve been harvesting her blood this entire time for whatever twisted experiment they’re running?

It would explain why they’re keeping her alive instead of just killing her. It would explain why they know about her medical condition. And it would explain that nosebleed – they’ve been taking too much.

The WSB Director Is Dirty

Here’s the twist that has us SCREAMING. Director Cullum isn’t just some random villain. He’s the DIRECTOR OF THE WSB. He’s Jack Brennan’s boss. He’s supposed to be one of the good guys.

Jack met with Cullum and was told “We’ve lost Anna.” But Cullum KNOWS exactly where Anna is because he’s the one holding her captive! The WSB itself has been compromised, and Jack has no idea he’s been reporting to the enemy this whole time.

This means nobody is coming to save Anna Devane. The people who should be looking for her are the same people who kidnapped her.

Spoilers Say Anna Will Be Horrified

According to spoilers for next week, Anna is about to be “downright horrified” by what unfolds. That’s a strong word for a woman who has faced down some of the worst villains in Port Charles history.

What could possibly horrify Anna? Finding out that Faison is alive and has been experimenting on her this whole time would do it. Discovering that her rare blood cancer has made her valuable to his twisted research would do it. Realizing that the WSB has been compromised and no rescue is coming would DEFINITELY do it.

Anna has survived a lot over the years. But this might be the fight of her life.

Sound off below! Do you think Faison is alive and using Anna for experiments?

WATCH THIS: We need to talk about that not guilty verdict!
