General Hospital
Drew Cain’s TERRIBLE, Horrible, No Good, VERY BAD Week On GH—And Port Charles Is HERE For Every DELICIOUS Setback!
General Hospital’s Drew Cain thinks he won the Quartermaine mansion, but Tracy found Monica’s will that might stop him!

DREW CAIN THINKS HE’S WON THE QUARTERMAINE MANSION ON GENERAL HOSPITAL—BUT TRACY QUARTERMAINE JUST FOUND MONICA’S ORIGINAL WILL!
TL;DR: Drew Cain thought he’d finally won on GH when Ronnie Bard agreed to sell him the Quartermaine mansion—but PLOT TWIST! Tracy Quartermaine just found Monica’s ORIGINAL WILL that might invalidate the entire sale! Add that to Drew getting tripped by Jason Morgan with a cane, being called a “a disgrace to Monica’s memory,” and having his daughter Scout want nothing to do with him, and you’ve got the DELICIOUS karma tour we’ve all been waiting for!
Drew Cain THOUGHT He Won The Mansion
Drew Cain was feeling pretty smug this week when Veronica “Ronnie” Bard agreed to sell him the Quartermaine mansion. After Martin Grey worked his lawyer magic and convinced Ronnie to change her mind about the sale, Drew thought he’d finally gotten his revenge on the Quartermaine family.
On October 30, Drew and Ronnie sat down to sign the papers that would officially make the mansion his. Michael Corinthos tried one last time to convince Ronnie not to go through with it, but she seemed determined to sell. Drew was practically salivating at the thought of kicking out Tracy Quartermaine and the entire Quartermaine clan.
But wait—there’s MORE! In the final moments of the October 31 episode, Tracy was going through boxes at Lulu Spencer’s place when she found something GAME-CHANGING: Monica’s ORIGINAL WILL!
That’s right, folks. The will that Ronnie used to inherit the mansion might not even be valid. Tracy is racing to stop the sale before Drew can sign those papers, and we are HERE FOR IT! Drew’s victory lap might be the shortest in General Hospital history!
Tracy Quartermaine Called Ronnie OUT
Before we get to the will drama, let’s talk about the EPIC dressing-down Tracy gave Ronnie when she found out about the sale to Drew. Tracy was FURIOUS and didn’t hold back, yelling at Ronnie for betraying Monica’s memory and giving up the house.
“Shame on you for dishonoring Monica and what she stood for!” Tracy screamed at Ronnie. And honestly? Tracy was RIGHT. Monica loved that house and her family. Selling it to Drew—who’s been terrorizing the Quartermaines and threatening to burn Edward’s chair in a bonfire—is the ultimate betrayal.
Ned Quartermaine, Olivia Quartermaine, and the rest of the family were devastated watching Ronnie prepare to sign over their family home to the man who’s made it his mission to destroy them.

Jason Morgan TRIPPED Drew With A Cane
One of the most satisfying moments of the week happened at The Brown Dog when Jason Morgan witnessed Drew taunting Tracy about the mansion sale. Drew was being his usual smug, insufferable self, bragging about how he was going to auction off everything in the house and maybe burn Edward’s chair just for fun.
Jason had ENOUGH. He grabbed Drew’s cane, tripped him, and sent Drew falling FLAT ON HIS FACE! Tracy burst into laughter watching Drew eat floor, and honestly, so did we!
Drew limped out of The Brown Dog humiliated, with Martin Grey following behind him. For someone who’s supposed to be this powerful congressman, Drew sure does spend a lot of time getting dunked on by literally everyone in Port Charles!
Scout Cain Wants NOTHING To Do With Her Father
Let’s not forget that Drew’s own daughter Scout can barely stand to be in the same room with him. After her mother Sam McCall died, Drew cut Scout off from her family connections and made her life miserable with his controlling behavior.
Scout has made it clear she doesn’t want to spend time with Drew, and who can blame her? The man is so obsessed with revenge against the Quartermaines that he’s neglecting his grieving daughter. Father of the Year material, Drew is NOT.
There are even General Hospital rumors that Scout might be the one who shot Drew back in September—claiming she got Edward’s gun and shot him because he made her life lonely and unbearable. While this hasn’t been confirmed, the fact that fans can BELIEVE Scout would do this shows how far Drew has fallen.
Drew Cain’s Reign Of Terror
In case anyone needs a reminder of why Drew deserves EVERY setback coming his way, let’s recap his recent awfulness. He blackmailed Dr. Portia Robinson using sensitive medical information for political gain. He blocked Scout’s family connections after Sam died, isolating his grieving daughter. He slept with Nina Reeves, then started an affair with his nephew Michael’s wife Willow Tait. He got SHOT because he’d made so many enemies that the suspect list was a mile long. He threatened to burn Edward Quartermaine’s chair in a bonfire just to hurt Tracy. He threatened Danny Morgan and Rocco Falconeri, two innocent teenagers who never did anything to him. He’s been called “a disgrace to Monica’s memory” by multiple people, and they’re RIGHT.
This man went from heroic Navy SEAL to corrupt politician villain so fast it gave us whiplash. Some fans even speculate this isn’t the REAL Drew—that an imposter switched places with him in prison—because the personality change has been so extreme.
Mayor Laura Collins Witnessed Drew’s Disgusting Behavior
Mayor Laura Collins has been Port Charles’s moral compass for decades, and she was NOT impressed when she witnessed Drew berating teenagers Danny and Rocco. Laura immediately called out Drew’s behavior and made sure people knew what kind of man he’d become.
Laura has been instrumental in exposing Drew’s true colors to people like Ronnie, even if Ronnie initially ignored the warnings. Laura represents everything Drew used to be—honorable, kind, protective of children—and everything he’s abandoned in his quest for power.
Cody Bell And Molly Lansing-Davis Are Investigating
Cody Bell isn’t sitting around waiting for Drew to destroy the Quartermaine family. He asked Molly Lansing-Davis to investigate the legalities of the mansion sale, hoping to find something—ANYTHING—that could stop Drew from taking over.
And now that Tracy has found Monica’s original will? Molly might have the legal ammunition she needs to invalidate the sale completely! The October 31 episode ended with Tracy discovering the will, and November 1 spoilers confirm Tracy is racing to stop Drew before it’s too late.
Could Monica’s original will specify that the house should stay with the Quartermaine family? Could there be clauses that prevent it from being sold to outsiders? Could Ronnie’s inheritance be contested entirely? We’re about to find out!
Nina Reeves Even Warned Drew
Even Nina Reeves—Drew’s former lover and partner in chaos—has been warning Drew that his behavior is out of control. When Nina told Drew she’s paying off Jacinda to drop her alibi for Michael, Drew’s response was to mock her and continue with his own revenge schemes.
Nina pointed out that Drew’s savior complex and need for vengeance will backfire, and she’s been PROVEN RIGHT. Drew’s plans keep hitting walls because he’s so blinded by rage that he can’t see the consequences coming.
What Happens When Monica’s Will Is Revealed?
The big question now is: What’s IN Monica’s original will? General Hospital spoilers for November 1 confirm that Tracy races to save the mansion from Drew, which means she believes Monica’s will can stop the sale.
Monica’s will might specify the house must stay with blood relatives, which would disqualify both Ronnie AND Drew from owning it. Or perhaps Monica’s will was never properly executed, meaning Ronnie never legally inherited the house in the first place. There could be a clause preventing the house from being sold to anyone outside the Quartermaine family. Maybe Monica’s will names a different heir entirely—perhaps Tracy, Ned, or Michael—making Ronnie’s entire inheritance invalid.
Whatever the case, Drew’s mansion dreams are about to be CRUSHED, and we cannot WAIT to watch!
The Bigger Picture: Drew’s Complete Downfall
Drew’s mansion setback is just the latest in a series of humiliations. He got SHOT and nearly died. His daughter won’t talk to him. Jason tripped him with a cane. Tracy screamed at him in public. He’s under investigation for corruption. His congressional career is in shambles. His family has turned their backs on him. Even Nina thinks he’s gone too far. And NOW Monica’s will might destroy his mansion plans.
Drew went from respected congressman to Port Charles’s most hated villain in record time. The writers are serving us a KARMA BUFFET and we’re eating WELL!
The Bottom Line
Drew Cain thought he’d won when Ronnie agreed to sell him the mansion. He was already planning his victory celebration, threatening to burn Edward’s furniture, and gloating to Tracy about her impending eviction.
But Monica Quartermaine might have the last laugh from beyond the grave. Tracy found the original will, and Drew’s mansion dreams are about to go up in smoke—ironically, just like he threatened to do to Edward’s chair!
Add this to Jason tripping him, Scout avoiding him, and literally everyone in Port Charles hating him, and you’ve got the most satisfying villain downfall General Hospital has given us in YEARS.
Keep the karma coming, GH writers. We want Drew to lose EVERYTHING!
