GH Spoilers: Drew Hides Brutal Attack from Grieving Scout as Nina Exposes the Truth
GH spoilers reveal Drew tries shielding Scout from the truth about his injuries as Nina confronts him about Jason’s attack. Meanwhile, Scout fears losing another parent after Sam’s death.
Port Charles is reeling as Sam McCall’s funeral brings raw emotions and explosive confrontations to the surface. The day begins with heartbreaking scenes at the chapel, where Maxie Jones reviews flower arrangements with a critical eye, declaring them too prissy for her dear friend. When Dr. Lucas Jones arrives consumed by guilt over the failed surgery, Maxie becomes his fierce defender. “Bad things happen and they are no one’s fault,” she insists, though Lucas continues to replay every moment of the procedure in his mind.
Drew’s Bruised Truth Comes to Light
Meanwhile, at the Quartermaine mansion, Drew Cain faces his own struggles as he tries to shield his daughter from a harsh reality. When Scout notices his bruised face, he fumbles through an explanation about walking into a door – a story that doesn’t convince anyone, least of all his observant daughter. The moment turns even more poignant when Scout reminds him of his promise to always be there, painfully noting that her mom had made the same promise.
Nina Reeves later confronts Drew about his injuries, cutting through his flimsy excuses and demanding the truth about Jason Morgan’s attack. The tension escalates when she questions whether there’s more to his story about the kiss with Willow – a suggestion that Drew firmly denies. Despite the violent encounter, Drew remains adamant about not pressing charges, prioritizing Danny’s need for his father above all else.
Lucky’s Crossroads and Trina’s Stand
In an unexpected twist, Lucky Spencer finds himself faced with a life-changing decision when Jack Brennan appears at Bobbie’s with an intriguing offer. The WSB wants Lucky for a dangerous intelligence-gathering mission in Africa, leading to a tense conversation with Elizabeth about his potential departure.
Across town, Trina Robinson stands her ground against Kai’s attempts at reconciliation. Despite his heartfelt apology about taking their art project lightly, Trina refuses to compromise her standards, making it clear she won’t carry someone whose priorities don’t align with hers.
A Family Grapples with Loss
The emotional weight of the day bears down heavily on Dante Falconeri as he sorts through family photos in the Quartermaine kitchen. Cody and Olivia rally around him, sharing memories of Sam’s fiercer moments – including a particularly memorable confrontation with an umpire at a baseball game. These lighter remembrances provide a brief respite from the overwhelming grief.
Mother’s Heartbreak
Perhaps the day’s most gut-wrenching scenes unfold at Alexis Davis’ home, where Sam’s mother struggles to even put on a bracelet – a cherished gift from her daughter. The moment becomes even more complicated when Ric Lansing appears outside, leading to a heated confrontation that only adds to Alexis’s emotional burden.
A Son’s Devastating Accusation
The day reaches its emotional peak at the church when Danny Morgan places Scout’s drawing on his mother’s coffin. Upon seeing Lucas, the young boy erupts with an accusation that sends shockwaves through the gathered mourners: “You’re responsible for my mother dying!”
As Port Charles grapples with this devastating loss, the ripple effects continue to impact everyone in Sam’s orbit, leaving relationships strained and futures uncertain. Will Drew’s attempt to protect Scout from the truth about Jason’s attack succeed? Can Lucas find a way to forgive himself? And how will this loss continue to reshape the lives of those left behind?
Stay tuned to General Hospital to see how these emotional storylines unfold.

It’s about time both Willow/Nina know the truth about their relationships with Drew – and there is no one to blame but Drew for making the decision to become involved with both. The two need to join forces and knock the heck out of Drew.
