General Hospital Spoilers September 15: Anna Devane’s Confession Blindsides Carly Spencer
General Hospital spoilers September 15 bring Anna Devane’s confession to Valentin Cassadine, and Carly Spencer arrives at the worst moment.

GENERAL HOSPITAL SPOILERS: ANNA DEVANE ADMITS HOW FAR SHE FELL ON MOUNT EMERSON
TL;DR: General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, September 15 put Anna Devane in a room with Valentin Cassadine and no more excuses. Nina Reeves calls an emergency family meeting, Emma Scorpio-Drake tears into Josslyn Jacks, and Carly Spencer turns up at Anna’s door at the worst possible second.
General Hospital Spoilers Put Anna Devane’s Confession Front And Center
General Hospital spoilers September 15 land on the one conversation Anna Devane has been avoiding since she came down off Mount Emerson. Valentin Cassadine shows up at her apartment with kindness instead of questions, and that is exactly what cracks her open. He tells her she is not the ruin she thinks she is. Anna tells him he would not say that if he knew the whole story.
What she has not said out loud is how close she came to killing Britt Westbourne. Anna held a gun on Britt and Jason Morgan on that mountaintop while a hallucination of Peter August whispered in her ear. She fired. The bullet went into the ghost instead of the woman, and Anna has been living inside that half inch of luck ever since.
She surrendered her badge and her gun on September 10 and walked back out of the station a civilian in outpatient therapy. Valentin does not know that piece of it yet. He came to comfort a friend who is struggling, not to take a confession, and the daytime coverage tracking this arc has been circling the same question all week. How much of the truth does Anna actually have the nerve to say?
Then comes the door. Carly Spencer hears what Anna has been through and heads straight for that apartment, and the hour leaves Valentin reaching for the knob with Carly on the other side of it. Carly is dating Valentin. Carly is also Anna’s friend. All three of those relationships get rearranged the second that door swings open.

General Hospital Spoilers Hand Nina Reeves An Impossible Family Meeting
Nina Reeves calls an urgent family meeting, and it is not about place cards. The WSB has her in its sights over the Jack Brennan investigation, and she knows precisely how bad it looks from the outside. She did threaten him in public. She did not put the evidence in her own car. Our rolling two week spoilers roundup has been tracking how fast the bureau closed in on her.
Britt breaks bad news in the same hour, and her timing is never accidental. She and Jason are finished, torn apart by his refusal to let her go after Anna, and Britt has never once absorbed a wound quietly. Whoever is standing in front of her when she opens her mouth is not braced for it.
Why Is Josslyn Jacks In Trouble With Emma Scorpio-Drake?
Because Josslyn Jacks reported Anna’s breakdown to the WSB, and Emma Scorpio-Drake hears that as a death warrant for her grandmother. Emma does not trust the bureau anywhere near Anna, and she says so at full volume: if anything happens to Anna, that is on Joss. Here is the connection almost nobody is drawing. The agent Josslyn filed that report with is William Baines, the same agent now squeezing Nina, which means one WSB desk is holding the fate of two Port Charles families at the same time.
General Hospital Spoilers Point Harrison Chase Toward The End Of A Marriage
Harrison Chase sits down with Alexis Davis and says the quiet part out loud. He is seriously considering ending his marriage. Alexis reassures him, and the smart read is that she is talking about custody of the daughter he and Brook Lynn adopted. Chase has already moved out, which makes this the paperwork stage of a breakup rather than the shouting stage.
Over at the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn Quartermaine is livid that Tracy Quartermaine went behind her back to start setting up divorce arrangements. Tracy backpedals into support and insists that if Brook Lynn believes the marriage can be saved, she is on board. Do not buy a word of it. Tracy is quietly building a sole custody case, and if I know these writers, the day Chase learns that is the day this marriage stops being salvageable.
The cruelty of the timing is the entire point. Brook Lynn is still carrying the Route 91 crash, Chase is still raw over what she kept from him, and now Tracy has handed him a reason to hire a lawyer first and ask questions later. Anna is not the only one in Port Charles about to learn that the people protecting you are the ones positioned to do the most damage.

Anna Devane’s Door Is About To Cost Everybody Something
Anna finally telling Valentin the truth is the most human thing she has done in months, and it is going to detonate anyway. Confession is not absolution in Port Charles. Confession is evidence.
My gut says Carly walks into that apartment and hears just enough to change how she sees both of them, and that the Carly and Valentin romance does not survive the month. Pick a side now, because this one splits the room, and we are arguing about it all week on our Facebook page.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is Anna Devane still the police commissioner on General Hospital?
No. Anna surrendered her badge and her gun on September 10 and stepped down as commissioner after her breakdown on Mount Emerson. She is a civilian in outpatient therapy, and Dante Falconeri is running the PCPD as acting commissioner while she works through what happened.
Why is the WSB investigating Nina Reeves?
Nina threatened Jack Brennan in public before he vanished, and physical evidence tying her to him surfaced afterward. That combination made her the obvious suspect, and Agent William Baines has been questioning her. Nina calls a family meeting because she knows how bad the case against her already looks.
