On Thursday’s GH, Tracy Quartermaine will find an upset Harrison Chase at the hospital. Tracy knows Chase’s dad Gregory has ALS. So she wrongly assumes Chase is upset about that news. When Tracy realizes her mistake, she tries to backtrack. But it’s too late – Chase won’t let her leave until she tells him what is really going on with his dad.

Meanwhile, Gregory will ask Alexis Davis if she wants to work more at The Invader. But Alexis may think Gregory is avoiding telling Chase the truth about his illness. Gregory might decide it’s finally time to tell Chase about the ALS. But he doesn’t know Tracy already spilled the beans!
