Oh. My. STARS. Just when we thought Josslyn Jacks’ vigilante takedown of Cyrus Renault couldn’t get any more scandalous, the plot has thickened to downright SOAP OPERA PERFECTION! Chase just dropped the bombshell of bombshells: Jason Morgan’s DNA was found at the crime scene!

JOSSLYN’S PERFECT CRIME JUST GOT DNA EVIDENCE

Let’s break this down for everyone who hasn’t been obsessively following along (um, why not?). We all know Josslyn went to Dex’s apartment, found his gun, tracked down Cyrus, and eliminated the villain who killed both her boyfriend AND Sam McCall. Classic soap opera vigilante justice! But here’s the GASP-worthy twist: the forensic report Chase delivered to Anna Devane revealed that the ONLY evidence found at the mysteriously cleaned cabin were two hairs belonging to—wait for it—JASON MORGAN!

Are you screaming? Because I’m screaming! Did Josslyn somehow manage to plant Jason’s DNA at the scene? Did she steal some strands from a hairbrush at the Quartermaine mansion? Or did she just get astronomically lucky that Jason had been there previously, leaving behind the perfect red herring?

Either way, our college-aged vigilante just graduated to the big leagues of criminal masterminds. Carly would be so proud if she knew… or does she?

JASON’S DENIAL HITS DIFFERENT NOW

Here’s where it gets DELICIOUS. Jason is adamantly denying killing Cyrus, telling Anna that the villain “deserved to be killed,” but insisting he didn’t do it because she had asked for a favor. He even had a heart-to-heart with Sonny, saying, “A year ago, it would have been me, but I had to think of what’s best for Danny.”

And you know what? I actually believe him! Which means Jason has no idea he’s being set up to take the fall for Josslyn’s crime. The man who has taken countless bullets for the Corinthos family is now unwittingly providing cover for Carly’s daughter. The IRONY! The DRAMA! I cannot deal!

THE SMOKING GUN: JOSSLYN’S “MISSING” PHONE STORY

Let’s talk about Josslyn’s paper-thin alibi, shall we? When Trina confronted her about being unreachable, Joss claimed she “lost her phone” after visiting Dex’s apartment. But then she changed her story, saying she actually SMASHED it after seeing photo memories of her and Dex.

Um, convenient much? Destroying the one device that could track your movements on the night of a murder? That’s Framing 101, and Josslyn is clearly taking advanced classes!

But wait—it gets worse (or better, depending on how much you live for drama). Later, at Bobbie’s, Josslyn was casually asking Felicia if she’d heard where Cyrus might be. GIRL. Could you BE any more obvious? Maybe next time just wear a t-shirt that says “I Did It” and save everyone some time!

PROFESSIONAL CLEAN-UP POINTS TO AN AMATEUR WHO WATCHES TOO MUCH TV

Anna noted that Cyrus’s hideout was “cleaned in the way a professional would do it,” which initially pointed to Jason. But here’s the thing that might unravel Josslyn’s whole plan: real professionals don’t leave DNA behind! The fact that ONLY Jason’s hair was found suggests this was either the worst clean-up job Jason has ever done (unlikely for Port Charles’ most experienced hitman), or someone was trying VERY hard to frame him.

Someone like, oh I don’t know, a college student who binge-watches crime shows and thinks she knows how to clean a crime scene? The kind of amateur who might focus on wiping down fingerprints and blood but forget about microscopic evidence like hair?

THE DAVIS WOMEN WANT JUSTICE — DID JOSSLYN DELIVER IT?

Meanwhile, the Davis women learned the devastating truth from Dante that Cyrus confessed to killing Sam and numerous patients. While Alexis hoped the justice system would finally work, Kristina bitterly declared, “There’s no justice,” before storming off.

Could Kristina’s words have been the final push Josslyn needed? Did she decide to avenge not only Dex but also her friend Sam? If so, she might have just handed the Davis women the closure they desperately need—even if they never know she’s responsible.

LAURA AND MARTIN WANTED CYRUS GONE — JOSSLYN DELIVERED

At General Hospital, Laura Collins confided in Martin Grey about their brother’s horrific actions, with Laura saying, “I pray I can forgive my brother one day, but right now, I want him to burn.” Martin even suggested it might be better if Jason “took care” of Cyrus.

Well, wish granted—just not by the hitman they expected! Instead, it was Port Charles’ very own former good girl who gave the Collins-Grey siblings exactly what they wanted. The question is: would they thank her if they knew, or would they be horrified that Josslyn has crossed a line she can never uncross?

WILL JOSSLYN’S AMATEUR MISTAKE EXPOSE HER?

Here’s the million-dollar question: Will Josslyn’s frame job hold up under scrutiny? Anna Devane is no fool, and the fact that ONLY Jason’s DNA was found might actually work against the frame-up. A professional like Jason would have been more thorough—and Anna knows it.

Plus, Josslyn’s suspicious behavior isn’t exactly subtle. Between the convenient phone destruction, her pointed questions to Felicia, and her eagerness to change the subject whenever Cyrus comes up, she might as well have a neon sign above her head flashing “GUILTY!”

THE WALLS ARE CLOSING IN

With Jason in Anna’s crosshairs and Josslyn one slip-up away from exposure, Port Charles is about to witness one of its most shocking revelations yet. Will Jason figure out he’s being framed? Will Anna see through the setup? Or will Josslyn somehow get away with murder AND framing an innocent man?

One thing’s for certain: in Port Charles, justice has many forms—and sometimes it wears the face of the last person you’d expect. The clock is ticking on Josslyn’s secret, and when it finally explodes—and trust me, it WILL explode—no one will ever look at Carly’s daughter the same way again.
