JORDAN ASHFORD IS UNCONSCIOUS AND CARLY SPENCER IS ERASING THE EVIDENCE ON GENERAL HOSPITAL

TL;DR: Jordan Ashford is unconscious with glass in her face after swerving to avoid a car on General Hospital, Curtis Ashford pulled her out seconds before the vehicle exploded, and the two teenagers who caused the crash are sitting in Carly Spencer’s living room while she calls a mob towing company to make sure nobody ever finds out what really happened on Route 91.

What Happened on Route 91

Jordan Ashford looked away from the road for one second. She looked at Curtis Ashford. She looked back. And a car was heading straight for them.

She swerved into the guard rail. The windshield shattered. Glass cut her face. She lost consciousness. Curtis came to first, smelled gas leaking, and tried to get her out. The driver’s side door was jammed. His phone was destroyed in the wreck.

A car pulled up. Valentin Cassadine and Carly Spencer stepped out. Valentin stayed with Curtis and together they pried the door open and dragged Jordan from the car. Seconds later, the vehicle exploded.

Jordan Ashford is alive because two men got that door open with seconds to spare. She does not know that yet. She does not know anything yet. Curtis is begging her to hold on and the sirens are getting closer.

But the real story is not the crash. The real story is who was in the other car.

The Other Car

Danny Morgan told Charlotte Cassadine he needed to blow off steam. He wanted to race toward something. Charlotte smiled and said it was a good thing she had a car. Two teenagers. One vehicle. Speed on the brain and no adults in sight.

They are the car Jordan swerved to avoid.

Charlotte was driving. Danny claimed he was behind the wheel when Carly found them standing in front of a banged up car down the road from the crash site. Whether he is protecting Charlotte or genuinely was driving is a question for another day. What matters right now is that two kids caused an accident that nearly killed Jordan Ashford and left Curtis pulling his girlfriend from a car that was about to explode.

And the first adult on the scene was Carly Spencer.

The Cover Up

Carly did not call the police. Carly did not call an ambulance for the teenagers. Carly did not call Alexis Davis or Laura Collins or anyone who might have handled this with a shred of transparency.

Carly called Corinthos Towing.

She instructed them to avoid Route 91. She told them to deliver the repaired car back to her house. She told them to leave no record of the incident. Then she loaded Danny Morgan and Charlotte into her car and took them home.

That is not a rescue. That is an obstruction of justice performed with the efficiency of a woman who has been burying inconvenient truths for decades. Jordan Ashford is unconscious in a hospital somewhere and the evidence that could explain what happened to her is being towed to Carly Spencer’s driveway with instructions to make it disappear.

What Happens When the Truth Comes Out

Jordan Ashford is going to wake up. When she does, she is going to want to know what hit her. The police are going to investigate. Curtis is going to want answers. And the trail is going to lead exactly nowhere because Carly Spencer made a phone call and erased it.

But nothing stays buried in Port Charles. It never has. Danny Morgan is Alexis Davis‘s grandson and Sonny Corinthos‘s nephew. Charlotte is Laura Collins’s granddaughter and Valentin’s daughter. The families connected to this crash are powerful enough to shake the entire city when the truth surfaces.

And Valentin was there. He helped save Jordan. He disappeared into the woods when the sirens came. He is a fugitive who stopped to pull a woman from a burning car and then vanished. If anyone connects him to that scene, Carly is not just covering up a car accident. She is harboring a fugitive who was present at the scene of a crime she is actively concealing.

Jordan Ashford almost died on Route 91. The car exploded. Curtis watched it burn. And the woman holding all the answers is sitting in her living room with two teenagers and a phone call that never happened.

When Jordan wakes up and starts asking questions, how long before the Route 91 cover up unravels? And will Carly Spencer be the one left holding the bag? Sound off below because Port Charles is about to have a very big problem!

WATCH THIS: Does Their Mother Know She Had Twins???

@soapoperamag Soooo…Britt's known about Cassius for TWO WHOLE YEARS but the BIG question is, does THEIR MOTHER KNOW?! This is getting messy. Messier than I initially believed. Britt being tied to her brother as a lifeline, working on their father's final project, and hiding this all from everyone in her life? Maybe even including her own mom? I can't wait for the truth to come out and see what Liesl has to say! #GH #GeneralHosptial ♬ original sound – Soap Opera Magazine
