JOSSLYN JACKS TRAPPED WITH WSB DIRECTOR ROSS CULLUM AS JACK BRENNAN FACES AN IMPOSSIBLE CHOICE

TL;DR: Josslyn Jacks has gone completely rogue during Port Charles’s catastrophic blizzard, cutting power to Spoon Island and breaking into Wyndemereโ€”only to come face-to-face with WSB Director Ross Cullum. Now General Hospital spoilers tease that Jack Brennan may race to save her, potentially shifting how Carly Spencer sees him forever.

Josslyn Jacks Just Made the Boldest Move of Her Life

Well, WELL, well. Carly Spencer’s daughter has officially graduated from mob princess to full-blown rogue agent, and honestly? We should have seen this coming.

Josslyn Jacks didn’t just dip her toe into dangerous waters during this Port Charles blizzardโ€”she cannonballed straight into the deep end. On January 27, 2026, Joss approached Brick for intel on how to cut power to Spoon Island. And then? She actually DID it. Wyndemere went dark, and multiple people were trapped inside that gothic nightmare of a castle.

But cutting the power wasn’t enough for our girl. Oh no. Josslyn Jacks broke INTO Wyndemere the very next day, clearly operating without her handler’s blessing.

And that’s when everything went sideways.

Ross Cullum Is NOT Buying What Josslyn’s Selling

Here’s where things get terrifying. When Joss crept through that darkened castle, flashlight in hand, she wasn’t alone. Waiting for herโ€”calm as you please, probably swirling a glass of brandy like some Bond villainโ€”was WSB Director Ross Cullum.

Now, Cullum introduced himself as “Matthew.” Cute. Very disarming. Totally the move of a man who reads people for sport and already knows EXACTLY who walked through his door.

Josslyn tried to play it cool. “College student visiting Uncle Lucas” was her cover story. But according to January 30 General Hospital spoilers, Cullum is pressing her about what OTHER secrets she’s keeping.

The man isn’t stupid. And Joss? She’s trapped on an island during a blizzard with no power, no backup, and no easy escape. Her cover is cracking by the second.

Jack Brennan’s Impossible Choice Is Coming

Here’s the thing about Jack Brennan that Carly Spencer doesn’t fully understand yet: that man genuinely loves her. Actor Chris McKenna has confirmed it himselfโ€”Brennan lies about his work (specifically recruiting Josslyn into the WSB), but he’s NOT lying about his feelings.

And now his assetโ€”his girlfriend’s DAUGHTERโ€”is stranded with his superior officer. A superior officer who, by the way, is secretly partnered with international arms dealer Jenz Sidwell. Ross Cullum isn’t just bureaucratic middle management. He’s the rot at the top of the WSB.

Spoilers are teasing that Brennan may have to rush to Spoon Island to save Josslyn Jacks. If he does? He’s blowing up his entire career. He’s going rogue against the Director. He’s admitting to Carly that yes, he recruited her daughter into this dangerous world.

But if he doesn’t go? Joss faces Cullum alone.

Talk about an impossible choice.

Could This Actually Change How Carly Sees Brennan?

Here’s where the irony gets absolutely DELICIOUS.

Carly is already suspicious that Brennan pulled Joss into WSB life. That suspicion has been a thorn in their relationship for months. She’s this close to writing him off as a manipulator who endangered her child.

But what happens if Brennan risks everythingโ€”his career, his position, his LIFEโ€”to save Josslyn? Does that make him a hero? Or does it just confirm he put her in danger in the first place?

Reading between the lines, this storyline seems designed to force Carly into a reckoning. She can’t have it both ways. Either Brennan is the villain who recruited her daughter, or he’s the man who loves her so much he’d burn down his entire world to protect her family.

My gut tells me the writers are building toward redemption. Brennan showing up at Wyndemere, going head-to-head with Cullum, choosing Carly’s daughter over his career? THAT’S the moment that could shift everything.

But knowing soap land? Don’t be surprised if Carly finds out the truth in the worst possible wayโ€”right when Brennan is trying to be the hero.

Drop a COMMENT below and tell us: Is Jack Brennan a hero for potentially saving Josslyn, or a villain for recruiting her in the first place? We’re DYING to know where you stand!
