JOSSLYN JACKS IS IN DANGER MONDAY AND PORT CHARLES IS NOT READY FOR THE WEEK THAT FOLLOWS

TL;DR: Josslyn Jacks will be in danger on Monday’s General Hospital, picking up exactly where Cassius Faison left off when he grabbed her arm. Carly Spencer will get alarming news, make an announcement, and watch Valentin Cassadine reach out to Nina Reeves from somewhere he should not be. Sonny Corinthos will take extreme measures to save Jason Morgan. Trina Robinson and Gio Palmieri will make a pact. And “Nathan” will turn the pressure all the way up on Lulu Spencer.

This Week in Port Charles

Josslyn Jacks is going to spend Monday in danger and Port Charles is going to spend the rest of the week paying for it. The WSB agent Cassius grabbed by the arm at her own front door is about to find out exactly what “it’s already too late” was supposed to mean. Meanwhile, Carly Spencer is going to get alarming news, make an announcement, and watch Valentin Cassadine reach out to Nina Reeves from a hiding spot Carly is going to regret choosing. Sonny Corinthos is going to face a dilemma, take extreme measures, and prove yet again that the only thing more dangerous than a Corinthos with a plan is a Corinthos with a problem. Brook Lynn Quartermaine and Harrison Chase are going to discuss their future. Britt is going to be floored. Carly is going to announce something that detonates Port Charles, and Sonny is going to do something extreme enough to leave Dante Falconeri flabbergasted by Friday.

Monday, May 5

Michael James Scott from Broadway’s Aladdin will perform at The Savoy. Josslyn Jacks will be in danger, picking up exactly where Cassius Faison left her at her own door. Lucas Jones will be threatened. Brook Lynn Quartermaine will be moved by something at The Savoy that hits her right in the conscience she has been trying to outrun. Trina Robinsonand Kai Hosani will get amorous, which is the softest beat the show is giving us this week and absolutely the calm before five days of chaos.

Tuesday, May 5

Ethan Lovett will deliver intel to Sonny Corinthos and the contents of that delivery will set the rest of Sonny’s week in motion. Ric Lansing will be tested, which never ends well for the people testing him. Elizabeth Webber will make a request of Laura Spencer that has Drew written all over it. Brook Lynn Quartermaine and Chase will discuss their future, and given everything Brook Lynn is hiding from Chase, that conversation is a ticking clock. Curtis Ashford will confide in Jordan Ashford, which means Curtis is finally going to say out loud what he has only been thinking, and Jordan is going to have feelings about all of it.

Wednesday, May 6

Britt Westbourne will be floored, which after the week she just had with Cassius is going to take something genuinely staggering. Dante Falconeri will seek out Liz, and Dante does not seek anyone out unless he is already three steps into a case. Ethan will cover his tracks, which is the most Ethan Lovett sentence the writers room has produced this year. Laura will try to protect a loved one. Sonny will face a dilemma, and the dilemma is going to be whether to do the right thing or whether to do the Sonny Corinthos thing, and we know how this story ends.

Thursday, May 7

Carly Spencer will get alarming news. Valentin Cassadine will make contact with Nina Reeves, which means Valentin is alive, free, and reckless enough to reach out to the woman whose ex-husband is currently sitting on the location of a WSB black site in Jakarta. Willow Tait will be confident in her plan, which is the kind of confidence that gets people in Port Charles dropped exactly where they stand. Trina Robinson and Gio Palmieri will make a pact, and the Palmieri/Robinson alliance is going to be the surprise breakout duo of the week. Molly Lansing-Davis will be suspicious. Of whom and of what is the question that drives the rest of the storyline forward.

Friday, May 8

Sonny Corinthos will take extreme measures. Translation. The Jakarta black site is about to receive the kind of visitor that does not knock first. Carly Spencer will make an announcement, and given the alarming news she got Thursday, that announcement is going to land with the force of a moving truck. Dante Falconeri will be flabbergasted, which when Dante is flabbergasted, the audience is usually about to be flabbergasted right along with him. “Nathan” will put pressure on Lulu Spencer, and given that Cassius Faison is the one wearing Nathan’s face, that pressure is going to land harder than Lulu is prepared for. Felicia Scorpio will support Lucas Jones, who has had a week and is going to need every ounce of it.

Josslyn Jacks goes into the week in mortal danger. Carly Spencer goes into the week with a hidden lover and comes out of it with an announcement. Sonny Corinthos goes into the week with a problem and comes out of it with a one-way ticket to Jakarta. Port Charles is loaded.

Do you think Sonny Corinthos’s extreme measures bring Jason Morgan home, or is Sonny about to start a war with the WSB he cannot win? Sound off below!

If Sonny finds himself in a position he cannot handle, it will be a first. Sonny usually thinks things out before he attacks. My question is who Sonny will take with him for this mission. Jack’s hacking the WSB computer does show he has a good side. But on the other hand I have to wonder if is giving the information to Sonny knowing what Sonny will do with is a way to have the WSB capture Sonny too as it would make good mark for his record. Just don’t trust Jack in anyway even when giving information to help a situation.
