MARTIN GREY HAS SOMETHING TO TELL DREW CAIN ON MONDAY’S GH AND WE DON’T TRUST HIM

TL;DR: Martin Grey relays news to Drew Cain on Monday’s General Hospital, and given that Martin was SMIRKING after eavesdropping on Michael and Tracy, we are highly suspicious! Plus, Alexis is floored, Molly confides in Kristina, Michael and Jacinda grow closer, and Nina is frustrated!

Martin Grey Knows Something and Now He’s Talking to Drew

Remember when Martin Grey was lurking outside the Quartermaine kitchen, eavesdropping on Michael and Tracy discussing how Michael was parked outside Drew’s house the night of the shooting? Remember how Martin SMIRKED about it afterward? Yeah, we remember too. And now on Monday’s General Hospital, Martin relays news to Drew, and we are DEEPLY suspicious about what he’s up to.

Martin Grey has been shady ever since he started working for Sidwell. The man who used to be a lovable Southern lawyer is now doing the bidding of aย dangerous criminal, and he’s clearly willing to use information as currency. What “news” is he bringing to Drew? Is he telling him about Michael? Is he bargaining for something? Is he playing both sides?

Write in to the editor at amber@soapoperamagazine.com and tell me: What do you think Martin is telling Drew?

Martin Grey Is Playing a Dangerous Game

Here’s what makes this so messy: Martin overheard that Michael was at Drew’s house the night Drew got shot. Tracy covered for Michael in court, but Martin KNOWS the truth. And now he’s having a conversation with Drew, the shooting victim himself, to “relay news”?

Michael Sheen has been playing Martin with this delicious ambiguity lately. Is he a good guy forced into bad situations, or has he fully embraced the dark side? That smirk after eavesdropping suggested he’s planning to USE what he heard. And Drew would certainly want to know if his nephew was outside his house when he got shot.

If Martin tells Drew about Michael, it could blow Willow’s entire defense apart. Drew has been supporting Willow, but would he feel differently if he knew Michael might be the one who actually shot him? This conversation could change EVERYTHING.

Alexis Davis Is Floored

In intriguing news, Alexis Davis is floored on Monday. After making that risky legal move on Thursday and getting harsh words from Tracy on Friday, something happens that completely shocks Alexis. Is it related to Willow’s trial? Did something unexpected come out? Did her risky move backfire spectacularly?

“Floored” suggests Alexis is genuinely shocked, not just surprised. Whatever happens on Monday catches her completely off guard. Nancy Lee Grahn plays Alexis’s reactions beautifully, and we can’t wait to see what leaves her speechless.

Michael and Jacinda Grow Closer

Well, well, well. Michael Corinthos and Jacinda are growing closer on Monday, and this is getting COMPLICATED. Jacinda is supposed to be his alibi witness. She already testified in court. And now they’re… getting closer? Michael gave her a bracelet. Kristina tried to get her to leave town. And instead of running, Jacinda is cozying up to Michael?

This relationship is messy on multiple levels. Is it genuine? Is Michael using her? Is Jacinda in over her head with a man who might be hiding a HUGE secret about who really shot Drew? Whatever’s developing between them, it’s not going to end well for someone.

Molly Confides in Kristina

The Davis sisters are having a heart-to-heart on Monday as Molly confides in Kristina about something. These two have had their ups and downs, but when it matters, they show up for each other. What’s Molly confiding about? Is it related to the trial? To her work at the DA’s office? To something personal?

Molly has been watching the Willow trial unfold while working for the prosecution’s side. She’s got to be conflicted about everything happening. Having Kristina to confide in should give her some much-needed support.

Nina Is Frustrated

Finally, Nina Reeves is frustrated on Monday, which honestly is Nina’s default state these days. Her daughter Willow is on trial. Drew is making threats. The case has been a rollercoaster. What’s frustrating Nina now? Is the trial not going the way she hoped? Is Drew being difficult? Is something else going wrong?

Nina has been trying everything to help Willow, including whatever mysterious phone call she made about running “positive press.” Her frustration suggests things aren’t going according to plan.

Please don’t allow Willow to be or become pregnant by Drew. If this should occur the only way Willow would be rid of him is if he were to pass on to soap heaven either naturally or by some one’s hand. I feel the character can be redeemed as this is really her first horrible mistake, and other characters have done worst and survived.
