The big question is WHO is Nathan arresting? Curtis Ashford has been the prime suspect ever since viewers saw his flashback where he paid Selina Wu $500,000 to kill Drew that night. Curtis hired a PROFESSIONAL hit on Drew because the congressman blackmailed Portia Robinson, threw Aunt Stella under the bus, and basically destroyed his life! Alexis has been backed into an ethical corner by Drew, who’s threatening to keep her away from her granddaughter Scout unless Alexis gets Willow exonerated. Drew is basically blackmailing Alexis into being the BEST defense attorney possible, which puts Alexis in an impossible position. She wants to help Willow, but she also knows Michael framed Willow by planting evidence, and the whole situation is a legal and ethical NIGHTMARE!

So what kind of test is Alexis putting Willow through? The Wednesday spoilers don’t specify exactly what this entails, but it could be anything from a mock cross-examination to see if Willow can handle the prosecution’s questions, to Alexis digging deeper into Willow’s story to make sure there aren’t any holes the DA can exploit!

Willow needs to PASS this test if she wants any chance of winning her case and getting her kids back. If she falls apart under Alexis’s questioning, she’s going to be absolutely destroyed on the witness stand during the actual trial! And given that Willow has been making questionable decisions lately—like marrying the man she’s accused of trying to murder—Alexis has every reason to be concerned about how well Willow will perform in court!

Sidwell Makes Someone A VERY Dangerous Offer

In other Port Charles drama, mobster Jenz Sidwell is making an offer on Wednesday that someone is going to receive—and turning it down might be EXTREMELY risky! Sidwell has been blackmailing both Laura Collins and Sonny Corinthos with photos of them standing over Professor Dalton’s dead body, so he’s clearly not someone you want to cross!

Sidwell has his hands in EVERYTHING shady happening in Port Charles right now. He was involved in Judge Herrin’s murder, he’s connected to Dalton’s secret lab experiments, and he’s using his leverage over Laura and Sonny to force them to do his bidding. So when Sidwell makes an “offer,” it’s really more of a threat disguised as a business proposition!

Who is receiving this offer? It could be Laura, who Sidwell has already forced to work for him and his associate Ezra. It could be Sonny, who Sidwell is pressuring about control of the piers. Or it could be someone completely different who’s about to get pulled into Sidwell’s dangerous schemes!

Whatever this offer is, the person receiving it is going to have to decide if they can afford to say no—and given Sidwell’s track record of eliminating problems, refusing him could have deadly consequences!

Portia Robinson Is SPIRALING Into Panic Mode

But perhaps the most INTENSE storyline on Wednesday is Portia Robinson having a full-blown panic attack! Portia is spiraling because her entire life is falling apart—Curtis was just questioned by Nathan about Drew’s shooting, and if Curtis gets arrested, Portia is TERRIFIED he might reveal that Drew was blackmailing her!

Here’s the situation: Drew discovered that Portia made a mistake that led to a patient’s death, and he used that information to blackmail her into keeping quiet about his affair with Nina Reeves. Curtis found out about the blackmail, which is what drove him to hire Selina Wu to kill Drew in the first place! So if Curtis gets arrested and decides to tell the truth about WHY he wanted Drew dead, Portia’s medical career is OVER!

Portia is also dealing with the fact that she’s pregnant, her marriage to Curtis is falling apart, she’s been having an affair with Dr. Isaiah Reynolds, and her daughter Trina just found out about the pregnancy by overhearing a conversation! Everything in Portia’s life is collapsing at once, and Wednesday’s episode shows her completely panicking about what’s going to happen next!

Michael Corinthos Plays Twisted Sister & Asks Kristina For Help

Finally, Wednesday features Michael Corinthos turning to his sister Kristina for backup! Michael has been playing DIRTY in his custody war against Willow—he may have framed her for shooting Drew, he’s keeping the kids away from her, and he’s basically doing whatever it takes to ensure Willow never gets unsupervised access to Wiley and Amelia again!

But now Michael needs help, and he’s asking Kristina to assist him with whatever his next move is. Kristina has her own complicated history with family loyalty and legal troubles, so she might be the perfect person for Michael to turn to when he needs someone who understands operating in morally gray areas!

What does Michael need Kristina’s help with? It could be related to building his case against Willow, or it might have to do with protecting the kids from Drew’s influence now that Willow married him. Michael has made it VERY clear that he thinks his children deserve better than a mother who attempted murder (even though he’s the one who framed her for it!), so he’s probably strategizing his next move to permanently keep Willow away from their kids!
