General Hospital
These GH Spoilers Have Us Convinced Nathan West Might Be a Faison Clone
Is Nathan West really Nathan on General Hospital, or is he actually a Faison clone? We’re connecting the dots and it’s TERRIFYING!

IS NATHAN WEST REALLY NATHAN, OR IS HE FAISON’S FINAL PROJECT?
TL;DR: Nathan West is back on General Hospital after seven years, but something feels OFF. Between Faison’s “final project,” Cold Fusion technology, and Jack Brennan’s suspicions, we’re starting to wonder if the real Nathan died years ago and this is a clone!
Nathan’s Return Feels Too Convenient
Listen, we LOVE Nathan West. We mourned him, we cried with Maxie, and we watched his family fall apart after his death. So when he showed up alive after seven mysterious years, we wanted to celebrate! But the more we dig into what’s happening on General Hospital, the more we’re convinced something is DEEPLY wrong with this reunion.
Nathan has been missing for SEVEN years with zero explanation of where he’s been or what happened to him. Faison shot him, and now we’re learning about Faison’s “final project” involving Cold Fusion technology, Sidwell, Dalton, and a whole web of shady characters. Britt is somehow connected to all of it, and she’s been spending time with Rocco. Coincidence? We think NOT!
Jack Brennan flat out told Lulu that “with Faison, anything is possible.” That’s not just a throwaway line, that’s FORESHADOWING! Jack is suspicious of Nathan, and honestly, so are we. What if the real Nathan West died seven years ago, and this version is a Faison created clone sent to infiltrate Port Charles?

The Clone Theory Makes Terrifying Sense
Think about it! Faison was OBSESSED with Anna and had access to cutting edge technology that defied science. The man faked his own death multiple times, kept Duke Lavery’s memories alive in other people, and tormented Port Charles for decades. Creating a clone of his own SON to use as a sleeper agent is exactly the kind of twisted legacy move Faison would pull!
Cold Fusion technology could theoretically accelerate cellular growth and aging, meaning Faison could have created a Nathan clone and aged him to perfection. The clone would have Nathan’s DNA, Nathan’s face, and enough programmed memories to fool everyone. But here’s the terrifying part: what if there’s a trigger? What if Clone Nathan is designed to activate and carry out some final mission when the time is right?
Maxie is about to wake up from her coma, and she’s going to be THRILLED to see her husband alive. But what if she’s actually crawling into bed with a Faison experiment? The real Nathan would never stay away from his family willingly, which means either this Nathan was held captive for seven years, or this ISN’T Nathan at all!
Britt Knows More Than She’s Saying
Here’s where it gets even messier. Britt has been secretly working with Dalton, receiving data at The Five Poppies, and desperately trying to get her medication. She’s also been spending quality time with Rocco, Nathan’s nephew. What if Britt knows EXACTLY what Nathan really is, and she’s been monitoring him this whole time?
Britt is Faison’s daughter, after all. She would be the perfect person to oversee her father’s final project. Maybe her “medication” isn’t for her health at all. Maybe it’s something she needs to keep Clone Nathan stable and functioning. The pieces are all there, and they’re painting a HORRIFYING picture!
Drop your thoughts in the comments! Is Nathan a clone, or are we losing our minds? And what will happen when Maxie finally wakes up?
