GH BOMBSHELL! The Fans Were Right! Nathan West Isn’t Nathan At All…That Man is CASSIUS FAISON!!
The man Port Charles knows as Nathan West is actually Cassius Faison on GH. Sidwell said the name. Everything just changed. Where is the real Nathan?

NATHAN WEST IS CASSIUS FAISON AND PORT CHARLES HAS NO IDEA
TL;DR: Jenz Sidwell closed the door at Wyndemere, looked at the man everyone in Port Charles believes is Nathan West, and said “I’m not talking to Nathan West right now. I’m talking to Cassius Faison” on General Hospital. Every noble thing this man has done since arriving in Port Charles, covering for Rocco, protecting Britt, managing the cover up, partnering with Dante, falling for Lulu, being idolized by James, all of it was a Faison operating from inside the PCPD. The real question now is where is the real Nathan West.
Sidwell Said the Name and Everything Changed
Jenz Sidwell told Nathan West to make sure Sonny Corinthos paid for Marco’s murder by any means necessary. Nathan hesitated. He said he was not sure that was something he would do. And Sidwell shut the door to his study at Wyndemere, looked this man in the face, and said the words that just detonated six months of storyline.
“That is not something that Detective Nathan West would do. But I’m not talking to Nathan West right now. I’m talking to Cassius Faison.”
Cassius. Faison.
The man standing in the PCPD next to Dante Falconeri every single day is not Nathan West. He is a Faison. He has been a Faison this entire time. Every conversation, every cover up, every moment of trust he has built in Port Charles has been constructed by a man whose last name is the most dangerous surname in this show’s history.
Nathan West is Cassius Faison and Port Charles has been played. Where do you think the real Nathan is? Send your wildest theories to [email protected] and we just might publish them!
Every Single Thing He Did Just Changed Meaning
Go back through every move this man has made and watch it transform.
He showed up at Pier 55 the night Rocco Falconeri shot Ross Cullum. He took control of the situation. He told Jason Morgan to wipe the gun. He got Rocco out of there. He went back to the PCPD and slipped into detective mode like nothing happened. We thought that was a brother protecting his sister’s boyfriend and a decent man protecting a teenager.
That was a Faison managing a crime scene.
He questioned Britt Westbourne at the hospital by the book. He swore Lulu Spencer to secrecy. He told Lulu not to let Jason’s sacrifice be in vain. He signaled to Jason in the interrogation room that the Rocco situation was handled. We thought that was loyalty. Decency. A good man doing the right thing in an impossible situation.
That was a Faison deciding what information to bury and what to weaponize.
He sat at breakfast with Felicia Scorpio this morning. Felicia told him she accepted his relationship with Lulu. She complimented the bond he has built with James. She said James admires him. And James, a child who worships this man, looked at his grandmother and said he wants to be a hero when he grows up. Just like his father.
James is idolizing a Faison. He does not know it. Felicia does not know it. And the real Nathan West, wherever he is, has no idea his son is calling another man dad.
Britt Thinks He Is Her Brother
This is the part that is going to break Britt Westbourne in half when she finds out.
Britt has been trusting this man with her life. She told him Jason shot Cullum because Jason told her to say it. She confided in him at the hospital. She let him question her because she believed he would protect her. She has been leaning on her brother during the most dangerous period of her life.
He is not her brother. He is a Faison, which means he may technically be related to her through Cesar, but the man she thinks is Nathan West, the man who came back from the dead, the brother she mourned and got back, is a fraud. When Britt finds out, and she will find out because Britt Westbourne always finds out, the fallout is going to be catastrophic.
Where Is the Real Nathan West?
Here is the question that should be keeping every person in Port Charles awake tonight.
If this man is Cassius Faison, then the real Nathan West is somewhere. He is not dead, because Cassius needed Nathan to be alive long enough to study him, learn his mannerisms, absorb his relationships, and step into his life convincingly enough to fool Maxie, Felicia, James, Dante, Britt, and every person who loved Nathan West.
Is the real Nathan in a WSB facility? Is he in one of Sidwell’s compounds? Is he locked in a room somewhere the way Drew was locked in a room while someone else lived his life? Is he alive and trying to get home, or has Cassius already made sure he never will?
What if the real Nathan West is exactly where Jason Morgan is? What if the WSB has been holding the real Nathan and does not even know the man walking around Port Charles with his face is someone else entirely? What if Jason and Nathan end up in the same facility and Jason is the one who figures out that the man he trusted on that pier was never Nathan at all?
What if Valentin Cassadine, hiding in Carly Spencer‘s attic, is the person who knows the Faison family tree well enough to put this together? Valentin grew up in Cesar Faison’s shadow. He knows the bloodline. He knows the playbook. What if the man in the attic is the key to exposing the man in the PCPD?
Faison’s Children Are Everywhere
Britt said Cesar Faison had four children. We speculated weeks ago that Ross Cullum might be the fourth. Cullum carries Faison’s novel. He smokes Faison’s cigarillos. He was running “Faison’s final project” from inside the WSB.
Now we know Cassius Faison has been operating inside the PCPD wearing Nathan West’s face.
If Cullum is a Faison and Cassius is a Faison, then two of Cesar Faison’s children have been embedded inside Port Charles simultaneously, one inside the WSB and one inside the police department, and nobody in this city had any idea. That is not a coincidence. That is an operation. And the man coordinating it from Wyndemere is Jenz Sidwell, who activated Cassius with three words that changed everything.
Cesar Faison is dead. His legacy is very much alive. And Port Charles is surrounded.
Where do you think the real Nathan West is? And when Britt finds out the man she trusted is a Faison, what does she do? Sound off below because this is the biggest bombshell GH has dropped all year and we are SCREAMING!
