Stone Cold Has Business With Josslyn

Jason Morgan seeks out Josslyn on Thursday, and whenever Stone Cold goes looking for someone specifically, you know it’s important. These two have developed a unique bond, especially given Jason’s complicated history with Josslyn’s mother Carly. Whatever Jason needs to discuss with Joss, it’s likely connected to the larger chaos unfolding in Port Charles right now.

The fact that Jason is seeking out Josslyn rather than Carly is particularly interesting. Joss has proven herself to be resourceful and capable of handling dangerous situations, especially after everything she went through with Dex and the various mob-adjacent drama that seems to follow the Spencer women everywhere they go. If Jason needs someone he can trust who isn’t directly in Sonny’s orbit, Josslyn makes perfect sense.

Meanwhile, Brennan confides in Carly, which is an interesting development given their complicated dynamic. Brennan has been playing multiple angles since arriving in town, and the fact that he’s choosing Carly as his confidante suggests he either trusts her implicitly or he’s playing her like a fiddle. With Carly, it could genuinely go either way, and she’s smart enough to know that Brennan always has ulterior motives lurking beneath the surface.

Anna Gets a Diversion

Anna receives a diversion on Thursday, which in spy-speak usually means someone is trying to distract her from something important. Anna Devane doesn’t get distracted easily, so whoever is attempting to pull her attention away from her current focus is either very clever or very desperate. The question becomes whether Anna will recognize the diversion for what it is or whether she’ll fall for whatever trap is being set. Anna’s decades of WSB experience should serve her well here, but even the best spies can be blindsided when the attack comes from an unexpected angle.

Nathan also backs up Lulu on Thursday, continuing the show’s commitment to giving Lulu the support system she needs after everything she’s been through. With Dante’s world in upheaval and Lulu trying to rebuild her life after years in a coma, having Nathan firmly in her corner is exactly what she needs right now.

Nina Reeves better have her answers ready because Thursday is coming for her whether she’s prepared or not.
