ROCCO FALCONERI HAS TO CONFESS OR WATCH DANNY DIE

TL;DR: Cullum caught Danny Morgan and Charlotte breaking into Wyndemere on General Hospital and Cullum already wants Danny dead for a crime Danny did not commit. The unhinged theory: Rocco Falconeri has hours to walk into the PCPD and confess to shooting Cullum, or his cousin dies for him. Gio is already on his way to Dante. The clock has started.

Danny and Charlotte Walked Into Wyndemere

Rocco Falconeri has been hiding behind Britt Westbourne‘s lie for months on General Hospital and tonight the lie ran out.

Danny Morgan and Charlotte snuck onto Spoon Island, eavesdropped on Britt admitting she covered for the shooter, and got caught by Ross Cullum before they could leave. Cullum has already told Sidwell he believes Danny shot him. Cullum has already said he wants to kill the boy. Cullum is now standing in his own foyer with the kid in his hands.

Rocco knew Danny was breaking in. Rocco tried to stop him. Rocco failed. And now Rocco has hours to choose between his own freedom and his cousin’s funeral.

Got a wild theory on whether Rocco confesses in time? Send your hottest takes to [email protected]. We want every receipt, every prediction, every spicy speculation.

Cullum Already Made Up His Mind About Danny

Cullum walked into Wyndemere tonight with one piece of information he was sure of. Danny was the kid who put a bullet in him. The photo of Jason and Danny on Carly’s mantle had clinched it. Jason’s refusal to talk had clinched it. The whole shape of the case had pointed Cullum at the wrong child, and Cullum has been planning his retaliation ever since.

Sidwell wants Cullum to wait. Sidwell knows Danny has a Quartermaine family and a Corinthos family and at least eleven people in Port Charles who would burn Wyndemere down to retrieve a hair off Danny’s head. But Cullum is past caution. Cullum is going to act on what he believes, and what Cullum believes will kill Danny tonight if nobody intervenes.

The only person who can intervene is the kid who actually shot him. Rocco. And Rocco does not even know yet that Cullum has Danny.

Rocco Knows What He Has to Do and Cannot Do It

Watch Rocco’s day. He fought with Charlotte and Danny over the Wyndemere break-in. He threatened to call Lulu and Alexis. He failed. He ran to Gio at Emma’s house, almost confessed, choked, ran out. He showed up at Britt’s office in a panic and blurted out that Danny and Charlotte were breaking into Wyndemere.

Rocco is the only person on this show who can stop what is about to happen. Rocco knows Cullum is hunting the wrong shooter. Rocco knows Britt is being interrogated about the lie. Rocco knows Danny is about to walk into the foyer of a man who wants him dead. And Rocco cannot walk into the PCPD and say, I did it, because if he does, his father loses his job and his mother loses her son and his whole life as a fifteen-year-old in Port Charles is over.

But the cost of his silence is now Danny’s funeral.

Gio Is Two Conversations From the Truth

Gio left Emma’s house with the information that Rocco was distressed about something he had done and could not say. Gio went straight to the PCPD. Gio is going to walk into Dante Falconeri‘s office and tell him Rocco needs help, and Dante is going to put together what his son could not say. Dante has been covering up the shooting for weeks. Dante now has Gio asking the question Dante has been dreading.

Meanwhile Britt is in her office with Rocco’s confession that the teens are at Wyndemere. Britt is the one with the medical authority to walk into Wyndemere claiming an emergency. Britt is the one with the access to call Dante and tell him kids are in the house. Britt is the one who has been covering Rocco’s secret since the shooting, and Britt is now the second person in Port Charles holding the truth about him.

Three people know. The window for keeping the secret closed permanently.

The Confession That Saves Danny

Here is what has to happen. Rocco Falconeri walks into the PCPD with his father in the next four hours. Rocco tells Dante on the record what happened on the pier. Dante files the paperwork acknowledging Rocco shot Cullum in defense of Britt and Jason. The case becomes a federal investigation of Cullum, not a manhunt for the shooter. And Cullum, who is currently planning to kill Danny for a crime Danny did not commit, has no leverage left.

Rocco Falconeri does not want to be the kid who confessed to shooting a federal agent. He does want to be the cousin who saved Danny Morgan’s life. The two are the same sentence.

If Rocco confesses, Danny lives. If Rocco hesitates, Cullum acts. The clock has started.

Bring tissues. Rocco Falconeri spent months making sure nobody knew what he did to protect Britt and Jason. Tonight he has to decide if protecting himself is worth more than his fifteen-year-old cousin walking back out of Wyndemere alive.
