GH HOSTILE TAKEOVER! Ross Cullum Is Now Sitting at the Head of the Table That Was Built to Take Him Down
Ross Cullum walked out of the hospital and into Jack Brennan’s office to demote him and demand the WSB agent list on General Hospital.

ROSS CULLUM TOOK JACK BRENNAN’S JOB AND DEMANDED THE ONE FILE THAT GETS PORT CHARLES KILLED
TL;DR: Ross Cullum walked out of General Hospital on Thursday, walked into Jack Brennan’s WSB field office, and demoted him on the spot. Then he demanded the list of agents Jack has been running. Josslyn Jacks is on that list. Josslyn Jacks is also locked underneath Wyndemere. Port Charles is one manila folder away from a body count.
The Boss-of-the-Boss From Hell
Ross Cullum walked out of General Hospital on Thursday with a gunshot wound, a chip on his shoulder, and absolutely no intention of flying back to whatever office Cesar Faison’s people are running out of these days. He walked into Jack Brennan‘s field office, told the man he was now in charge of the entire Port Charles operation, and demoted Jack to second in command on the spot. Then he asked for the file Jack absolutely cannot hand over.
The list of agents who have been working for Jack. Every name. Every cover. Every assignment. The kind of paperwork a WSB director hands over to his successor without thinking twice because the WSB is supposed to be the good guys.
Except Cullum is not a good guy. He is the double agent who has been feeding Jenz Sidwell intelligence for months. And one of the names on the list Jack is supposed to hand over is Josslyn Jacks. Currently chained to a two way mirror in the bowels of Wyndemere. Outed to Cassius Faison by his own sister. One printed roster away from her name landing on the desk of the man whose entire job is feeding Faison intel. Port Charles is one manila folder away from a body count.
Got a wild theory about how Jack Brennan stalls Ross Cullum on that agent list or who blows up the whole operation first? Send your hottest takes to [email protected] and we might publish them right here on the page!
The Demotion Heard Around Port Charles
Cullum did not ease into it. He told Jack he was staying in Port Charles to oversee the Sidwell operation, which is a sentence with so many layers of irony the WSB should be embarrassed it has not flagged him yet. The man overseeing the Sidwell operation IS the Sidwell operation.
When Jack explained the evidence from the shooting belonged to the PCPD, Ross Cullum called him incompetent for not seizing it. Then he announced he was taking command of the field office. Then he made Jack his subordinate. In one conversation, the man who has been Jack Brennan’s biggest threat became Jack Brennan’s boss.
The horror of this scene is not the demotion. It is that Jack does not know the man who took his job is the very man he has been trying to hunt down for months.
The List Nobody Should Ever See
Then came the request. Cullum demanded all of Jack’s files. Including the list of agents Jack has been running.
Jack’s roster is not a normal HR document. It is a list of people whose covers will fall the moment that paperwork hits the wrong desk. It includes Joss, who has been operating as a WSB recruit since Jack pulled her in. It almost certainly includes other deep cover names Sidwell would pay good money to know. And the man asking for it is, in fact, the man Sidwell pays.
The second Cullum has that list, every WSB agent in Port Charles working under Jack is exposed. Every cover crumbles. Every operation collapses. The agent in the most immediate danger is the woman currently locked underneath Wyndemere with a man who already wants her dead.
The Corporate Org Chart From Hell
The scariest plot twist in Port Charles is happening on a corporate org chart. Sidwell sits at the top, pulling strings through Cassius and through Cullum. Ross Cullum sits underneath Sidwell, now publicly running the WSB Port Charles office. Jack sits underneath Cullum, demoted, watched, and reporting to a man who answers to the criminal Jack has spent months trying to take down. And underneath Jack, on the agent roster, sits the daughter of the woman he was sleeping with two days ago.
Ross Cullum did not only take Jack Brennan’s job. He took control of the only operation in Port Charles that could have brought Sidwell down, and he did it by walking out of a hospital with the kind of paperwork only a corporate restructuring could provide.
The Choice That Has to Happen Fast
Whatever happens when General Hospital picks back up, Jack Brennan will have to make a choice. Hand over the list and burn his agents alive. Stall Cullum and burn his own cover trying. Or find a way to blow the whole operation open before that file ever crosses the desk where it cannot be unseen.
The clock is ticking. Joss is locked in the dark. And the man supposed to be her safety net got promoted into the job of the man trying to kill her.
Does Jack Brennan stall Ross Cullum, burn the operation himself, or does Joss’s name land on the wrong desk? Sound off below because Port Charles has never been one manila folder away from this much carnage!
