In the filing, Steve states that he has not been able to exercise his court-ordered parenting time with the couple’s 11-year-old daughter, Brooklyn. He says, in part, that there has been “a pattern of unilateral decision making and deliberate obstruction that has effectively stripped Steve of his court-ordered parenting time,” per the documents reviewed by TMZ.
Steve says that, rather than coordinating on a shared schedule, his ex-wife enrolled Brooklyn in a six-week California program scheduled during his custodial time and that he was not able to use his vacation time with his daughter as planned. He has asked the court to require Sheree to follow the existing custody agreement and to impose a $5,000 sanction.
