THE JURY HAS SPOKEN! WILLOW TAIT WALKS FREE AFTER BEING ACQUITTED FOR SHOOTING DREW CAIN ON GH

TL;DR: The verdict is IN! Willow Tait has been found NOT GUILTY in the shooting of Drew Cain on General Hospital*. But we ALL know she did it… and so does Alexis. The real drama is just getting started.*

Willow Tait Is a Free Woman

The jury has reached their verdict and Willow Tait is walking out of that courtroom a free woman. NOT GUILTY. After everything we watched, after the lies on the stand, after the flashbacks that showed us exactly what happened that night… Willow is free.

Let that satisfying sink in for a second. The woman who SHOT her husband, who LIED under oath, who took that gun from the Quartermaine estate and pulled the trigger? She just got away with it.

Port Charles will never be the same.

But Alexis Davis Knows the Truth

Here’s where it gets MESSY. Alexis Davis got her client acquitted, but she KNOWS something isn’t right. She heard that “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” ringtone in court when Wiley called Willow. Trina and Kai came to her office and told her they know who really shot Drew.

Alexis mumbled “I hope not” when Sonny said Willow wasn’t dangerous. She asked him point blank: “What if she did it?”

Alexis Davis just freed a woman she suspects is guilty. She did it for Scout. She did it to keep that little girl away from Drew’s vengeful control. But now she has to live with knowing that Willow Tait might have actually pulled that trigger.

Drew Is About to Be Insufferable

You KNOW Drew is going to gloat. He’s going to parade Willow around like a trophy. He’s going to rub this verdict in Michael’s face, in Carly’s face, in everyone’s face. He promised Willow they would win, and technically? They did.

But Drew doesn’t know what we know. He doesn’t know that his wife actually shot him. He doesn’t know that she lied on that stand. He’s so blinded by his vendetta against Michael that he can’t see the truth standing right next to him.

Michael Was Framed and Everyone Knows It

Drew spent that entire trial trying to pin this shooting on Michael. He testified and practically accused his own nephew of attempted murder. Willow backed him up. They wanted Michael to go down for a crime he didn’t commit.

And now? Michael is sitting there KNOWING he’s innocent, watching the actual shooter walk free while his reputation is in tatters. Jacinda provided his alibi. He wasn’t the one who pulled that trigger. But Drew and Willow tried to destroy him anyway.

The Quartermaines are NOT going to let this go.

Trina and Kai Are Sitting on a Bomb

Don’t forget about Trina and Kai. They figured out the ringtone. They went to Alexis. They KNOW Willow Tait is guilty. And now they’re watching her walk free while they’re sitting on evidence that could blow this whole thing wide open.

Will they stay quiet? Will they go to the police? Will Drew find out what they know and come after them? Trina and Kai just became the most dangerous people in Port Charles because they hold the truth that could send Willow straight to prison.

This Is Only the Beginning

Willow Tait may have walked out of that courtroom today, but this story is FAR from over. Alexis knows. Trina knows. Kai knows. The truth is out there, and on soap operas, the truth ALWAYS comes out eventually.

Enjoy your freedom while it lasts, Willow. The walls are already closing in.

Sound off below! Are you happy Willow walked free or is justice coming for her?
