So, here’s the tea: Bill Spencer, aka Dollar Bill, has had quite the wake-up call lately. Remember that whole “instant family” mess with Luna and Poppy? Yeah, that disaster made him realize what he’s been missing all along – the rock-solid stability and genuine love of one Katie Logan. Talk about an epiphany, right?

And let’s not forget the Logan sisters’ input on this whole situation. Brooke and Donna have been in Katie’s ear, reminding her of the good times with Bill. Brooke’s even gone as far as to say she knows Bill still wants Katie back. Um, ya think, Brooke? Captain Obvious called, he wants his title back!

But seriously, folks, this is where things get real. Katie’s been burned by Bill more times than I can count on both hands. Can she really trust him again? That’s the $64,000 question (or in Bill’s case, probably more like $64 million).
