The Bold and the Beautiful
Bold & Beautiful Spoilers: Carter’s Power Play Threatens Ridge’s Control at Forrester Creations
Carter’s grand plans for Hope for the Future put him on collision course with Ridge at Forrester Creations. Will his alliance with Hope help or hurt his leadership ambitions? Get the latest B&B spoilers!

Is Carter’s Vision for Forrester Creations a Dream or Dangerous Delusion?
Talk about a plot twist, B&B fans! Remember when Carter Walton was content being Forrester Creations’ reliable behind-the-scenes legal eagle? Well, those days are officially over! In a jaw-dropping turn of events during Thursday’s episode, Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) stepped into the spotlight with a vision for FC that has everyone talking – and not necessarily in a good way.
Let’s rewind a bit. Just a month ago, Carter was standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), both ready to pull the plug on Hope for the Future due to lackluster numbers. But oh, how things change when romance enters the picture! Since getting cozy with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), Carter’s done a complete 180 that has longtime viewers raising their eyebrows.
From Company Lawyer to Visionary… or Villain?
Carter’s newfound confidence is giving us serious flashbacks to Justin Barber’s ill-fated power grab at Spencer Publications. Remember how that turned out? Not great. Now Carter’s strutting around FC, dropping bombshells about partnerships with Electra Jewelry and ambitious plans to pivot toward luxury brands. The kicker? He’s apparently been sitting on these ideas for months – you know, back when he was voting to axe HFTF altogether. Make it make sense!
Hope, bless her heart, has become Carter’s biggest cheerleader. With her own couture collection hanging by a thread, she’s all in on Carter’s grand vision. But is she inadvertently setting him up for a fall? Their professional-turned-personal relationship has clearly influenced his judgment, and the power dynamics at FC are shifting faster than Ridge’s loyalty between Brooke and Taylor (and that’s saying something!).
Playing with Fire at Forrester
Speaking of Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), our guy Carter might want to pump the brakes before he burns some serious bridges. His presentation to Ridge and Steffy wasn’t just ambitious – it was borderline cocky. Sure, Lawrence Saint-Victor isn’t leaving the show anytime soon, but that doesn’t mean Carter’s position is safe. Just ask Justin how quickly things can go south when you start dreaming too big in this town.
The parallels between Carter’s current behavior and Justin’s downfall at Spencer Publications are impossible to ignore. Both men let their ambitions cloud their judgment, convinced they could do better than their bosses. We all know how that ended for Justin – with a one-way ticket to unemployment and a burned bridge with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) that may never be rebuilt.
A Power Play in Progress?
Here’s where things get really interesting: Could Carter be positioning himself for the ultimate power play – gunning for the CEO position? His sudden transformation from conservative lawyer to bold visionary feels calculated, especially given the timing. With Ridge caught between protecting Steffy’s interests and potentially recognizing Carter’s ideas, the stage is set for some serious drama.
The big question on everyone’s mind: Will Ridge see Carter’s ambitious plans as innovation or insubordination? And let’s not forget about Steffy – how will she react to the man who once agreed with her about HFTF’s failings suddenly positioning himself as its savior?
What’s Next for Carter?
One thing’s for sure – Carter’s playing a dangerous game. His relationship with Hope might be giving him the confidence to dream big, but it could also be his downfall if he’s not careful. As any longtime B&B fan knows, mixing business with pleasure in this family rarely ends well.
