B&B DINNER DISASTER! Brooke Logan Forbade Katie From Using Eric’s Designs and the Nerve Is Genuinely Staggering
Brooke Logan invited Katie to dinner to make peace, then forbade her from using Eric Forrester’s designs. Bill Spencer called it a comedy show.

BROOKE LOGAN TOLD KATIE WHAT SHE CAN AND CANNOT DO WITH ERIC’S DESIGNS AND WOW
TL;DR: On The Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke Logan invited her sister Katie Logan and Bill Spencer to dinner to smooth things over, and then forbade Katie from using Eric Forrester’s designs before they even got to dessert. This is the same Brooke who spent decades building her entire life on the Forrester name, the Forrester money, and the Forrester men. The audacity is in a class of its own.
The Dinner Nobody Should Have Agreed To
Brooke Logan had a plan. She would invite Katie Logan and Bill Spencer to dinner, smooth over the tension, and maybe even get Ridge Forrester and Bill to find some common ground. Everyone would be on their best behavior. It would be civilized. It would be a fresh start.
It lasted until the main course.
Ridge and Bill managed to downgrade their usual warfare to polite needling, which for those two is practically a diplomatic achievement. They were doing so well. And then Ridge brought up Katie and Bill using Eric’s designs, and everything that had been carefully balanced on the edge of the table went straight to the floor.
Brooke, sitting at the head of her own dinner table, looked across at her sister and said she could offer Katie her job back at Forrester since she no longer had a designer. Bill laughed out loud and called it a comedy show. Katie told her they were using Eric Forrester‘s designs. And Brooke forbade it.

Let’s Talk About What Brooke Logan Is Actually Saying Here
Eric Forrester is a grown man and the founding patriarch of Forrester Creations. Ridge pushed his own father out of the company he built from nothing, shoved him aside, and told him his time was done. Eric did not go quietly. He went to Katie, who gave him a runway, a title, and the respect that Forrester Creations stopped giving him the moment Ridge decided he was finished.
Eric chose to give Katie those designs. He chose Logan. He chose to take his talent to a woman who actually wanted it. That was his decision to make, and he made it.
And now Brooke Logan, who has spent the better part of thirty years building her identity on the Forrester name, wearing Forrester designs, running Forrester Creations, and marrying Ridge Forrester more times than anyone can count, is sitting at a dinner table telling her sister she is forbidden from using the designs that Eric freely gave her.
The same Brooke who already banned Katie from continuing to work with Eric when the secret first came out. She banned her once, it did not work, and she is apparently trying it again over pasta.
Bill Spencer Called It a Comedy Show and He Was Not Wrong
Bill Spencer is not a man who is right about many things, but when he laughed at the comedy show unfolding across that dinner table, he was reading the room perfectly. Brooke Logan does not own Eric Forrester’s talent. She does not own his designs. She does not own his choices. She owns a house in Los Angeles and a marriage to Ridge, and neither of those things gives her jurisdiction over what her sister builds with a man who left Forrester because Forrester did not deserve him anymore.
Katie warned Bill before they even arrived not to bring up the designs at dinner. She knew exactly how this was going to go. She sat down at that table anyway, got through the appetizers, made it to the main course, and then watched her sister forbid her from the one thing she has built entirely on her own terms for the first time in her life.
Logan is Katie’s. Eric’s designs are Katie’s. Brooke does not get a vote.

WATCH THIS: Just give us back Luna already!
@soapoperamag I will NEVER forgive B&B for letting her get away…. Unless they bring her back. There is no chaos like Luna's special brand of She-Devil Heir psychopathy. We need her. I need her. It's just not the same without her! #BoldandtheBeautiful ♬ original sound – Soap Opera Magazine
