Fewer witnesses has meant sharper claws every single time. So imagine the version of this fight that erupts behind a closed front door, where nobody can interrupt and no aunt can absorb the shrapnel.

The framing is the scariest part of all. Brooke does not believe she is attacking her daughter; she believes she is rescuing her from the Spencers, and a mother on a rescue mission does not stop at harsh words. Our bet says round two comes armed with ultimatums, with the marriage, the line, and Hope’s whole Spencer life on the table.
