ELECTRA FORRESTER WANTS THE MORAL HIGH GROUND SHE NEVER ACTUALLY EARNED

Electra Forrester spent an entire beach house speech calling Will Spencer a pig for kissing Melissa Dylan, and honestly? We’d take her outrage a lot more seriously if RJ Forrester’s lips weren’t such frequent flyers on this exact same itinerary.

A Beach House Breakup, Round Whatever

Electra Forrester told Will Spencer flat out that he’d hurt her by making out with her best friend for hours. “You’re a pig,” she informed him, which, fair, that part checks out. He asked if there was still a chance for them. He said he’s been lost without her and believes it’s not too late, if they’d only focus on themselves for once.

She wasn’t having it. Electra explained she can’t pretend the Dylan situation didn’t happen, that her family’s right about him, and that Dylan is a shark she can only love from afar. It was a whole speech with a thesis statement. And it conveniently left out one small detail: this is not the first time Electra Forrester has done exactly what she’s dragging Will for.

RJ Forrester Isn’t Exactly a Neutral Party

Meanwhile, in the design office, RJ Forrester told Melissa Dylan that spending the night with Will and then telling Electra about it obviously hurt her. Fine, sure, accurate. But then RJ turned around and admitted he can see Dylan brings out the good side of Will and would honestly be a better fit for him.

That’s a strange thing to say if RJ’s only concern is Electra’s feelings. It’s a much less strange thing to say if RJ has been quietly rooting for this breakup to stick, because a single Electra Forrester has historically been a very available one, and RJ knows that better than anyone in L.A.

Let’s Talk About the Actual Receipts

Because here’s the thing: every single time Electra Forrester and Will Spencer hit a rough patch, RJ Forrester’s mouth finds hers with suspicious efficiency. He asked her out, said something romantic in Portuguese, and earned himself a kiss. He waxed on about their history in the design office and she let him kiss her, no resistance offered, no follow-up outrage required.

Will himself once revealed he came back to Forrester and caught her kissing RJ during one of their splits, and Electra’s defense was that RJ kissed her, not the other way around, as if she’d been ambushed by his mouth in a hallway.

So the pattern is not subtle. Will has one bad night with Dylan and he’s a pig who ruined everything. Electra racks up an entire RJ Forrester kissing history across multiple breakups and it’s filed under “he kissed me” every single time. That is not a moral high ground, that is a group chat waiting to happen.

What’s Good for the Goose

Electra can slap Dylan across the face and deliver as many beach house monologues as she wants. Her hands, and her lips, are not clean here, and pretending otherwise is the real pig behavior on display.
