Next week, Eric Forrester takes a game-changing meeting with Katie Logan, and when Katie insists “I don’t want to pit you against your son,” Eric doesn’t care. “This is what I want,” he tells her. ERIC FORRESTER IS JOINING KATIE’S LOGAN FASHION HOUSE AND RIDGE’S HEAD IS ABOUT TO EXPLODE!
Let’s recap how we got here: Ridge decided his father needed to be “retired” from the company THAT BEARS ERIC’S NAME. He threw Eric a condescending little party and basically told him to go home and rest. Eric was devastated. He’s been secretly designing anyway because the man isn’t ready to quit. And now? Now Eric is taking those designs to Katie Logan’s upstart fashion house. THE SAME FASHION HOUSE THAT BROOKE DIDN’T WANT TO EXIST.

We need to talk about how absolutely PERFECT this is. Ridge pushed Eric out of Forrester Creations, the company Eric built with Stephanie from the ground up. Brooke has been trying to destroy Katie’s fashion house dreams from the start, mocking her sister and telling her she’ll fail. And now? ERIC FORRESTER is going to design for LOGAN.
Katie didn’t even have to pit Eric against Ridge. Ridge did that ALL BY HIMSELF when he decided his father was too old to contribute. Eric was right there, ready and willing to keep creating, and Ridge said “no thanks, Dad, go retire.” Well, congratulations Ridge! Your father IS still creating. Just not for YOU.
John McCook has been playing Eric’s frustration beautifully, and watching him choose to join the competition is going to be satisfying as HELL. Eric Forrester’s designs at a fashion house called LOGAN? Brooke is going to have a complete meltdown. Ridge is going to lose his mind. And Katie? Katie is about to have the most legendary designer in fashion history on her team. GAME. CHANGED.
Ridge and Brooke Are Going to COMBUST
Can you IMAGINE the scenes next week? Ridge finding out his father joined the enemy? Brooke realizing that the fashion house she tried to destroy now has ERIC FORRESTER? The family dinner conversations are going to be BRUTAL.
Ridge pushed Eric out because he thought he was doing what was best. But what he actually did was hand Katie Logan the biggest weapon she could possibly have against Forrester Creations. Eric’s name alone carries weight in the fashion industry. His designs are legendary. And now all of that talent and prestige is going to Katie’s house. Ridge played himself, and we’re here for every second of the fallout.
Daphne Says YES to Carter!
In happier news, it looks like Daphne Rose is going to accept Carter Walton’s proposal after all! After trying to let him down on Thursday and talking through their relationship on Friday, apparently Carter finally said the right things because next week these two are making love and talking about having babies!
Carter Walton FINALLY gets a win in the romance department! The man who has proposed to everyone and been rejected or heartbroken repeatedly is actually getting his happy ending with Daphne. They’re not just engaged – they’re already discussing children! We love this for them, and we hope it actually lasts this time.
R.J. Returns With a New Face
After vanishing during Carter and Hope’s Forrester coup and most of Luna-gate, R.J. Forrester returns to Los Angeles next week with a NEW FACE! That’s right, we’ve got a recast situation happening, and Ridge and Brooke are thrilled to see their son.
The question is whether Ridge and Brooke will try to recruit R.J.’s design skills to compete against Katie and Eric. But here’s the thing – R.J. only seemed to be a design “genius” when he was working with his grandpa Eric. So good luck with that, Ridge! Your secret weapon designer is now working for the competition!
Dylan Gets a Job at Forrester and Electra Is NOT Happy
Finally, Steffy Forrester decides to help Dylan by getting her a job at Forrester Creations. Dylan is THRILLED to work alongside Electra and Will. Electra? Not so much. Girl has already noticed that Dylan is crushing on her boyfriend Will, and now she has to work with her too?
Electra has had it UP TO HERE with Dylan. A little of her unhoused friend goes a long way, and Electra has had A LOT of Dylan lately. This workplace situation is about to get messy, and we’re grabbing popcorn for the drama!
