ERIC FORRESTER IS STAGING A SECRET REBELLION AND WE ARE HERE FOR IT ON BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL

TL;DR: Eric Forrester is secretly creating what could be his greatest couture collection ever while Ridge and Brooke plan a “surprise retirement party” to force him out of Bold and the Beautiful’s Forrester Creations — and the dramatic irony is absolutely DELICIOUS.

The Audacity of Ridge Forrester

Let’s talk about what’s really going on at Forrester Creations, shall we? Eric Forrester — the man who literally BUILT this empire with Stephanie — is working until 3 AM sketching designs that he believes will take the fashion world by storm. Meanwhile, his own son Ridge is across town decorating the CEO’s office with balloons and a single bottle of champagne for a “surprise retirement party.”

One bottle, Ridge? For the founder of the entire company? The disrespect is palpable, and honestly, it’s peak Bold and the Beautiful drama. Eric is over there telling Donna his new collection will prove “Eric Forrester is back,” completely unaware that his family is plotting to put him out to pasture like some old racehorse who’s outlived his usefulness.

Donna Logan Is Stuck in the Middle

Poor Donna. She’s watching her honey bear pour his heart and soul into designs that Ridge and Brooke have never seen anything like — and she knows exactly what’s waiting for him at that office. When she tried to express concern to Eric, he shut her down faster than you can say “couture collection,” insisting she sounded just like Ridge.

The thing is, Donna gets it. She told Brooke point-blank that Eric “wants to be a designer, not a mascot.” He doesn’t want to sit around being trotted out for photo ops while Ridge takes all the glory. Eric Forrester is an artist, and asking an artist to stop creating is like asking him to stop breathing. But does anyone actually LISTEN to Donna? Of course not.

Daphne Rose Said What We’re All Thinking

Thank goodness for Daphne, who had the absolute nerve to question Ridge’s little retirement scheme right to his face. She pointed out that in her culture, elders are treated with more reverence than this. “Shouldn’t Eric be allowed to have a say in his own future?” she asked.

EXACTLY, Daphne. Someone finally said it. But did Ridge care? Nope. He just dismissed her concerns as “cultural differences” and carried on with his plan. The arrogance is truly something to behold.

Eric Forrester Refuses to Go Quietly

The moment Eric walked into that office and realized what was happening, the look of absolute BETRAYAL on his face was heartbreaking. Ridge tried to sell it as a celebration of everything Eric built, but our guy wasn’t buying it for a second.

“Stephanie and I founded this company, and we built this company up,” Eric reminded everyone. “It’s my legacy, and because it’s my legacy, I get to decide. I’m not doing this, Ridge.”

When Ridge basically responded with “oh yes you are,” Eric Forrester drew a line in the sand. This isn’t over — not by a long shot. The man who created Bold and the Beautiful’s most iconic fashion house isn’t about to let his son push him out without a fight. Are we looking at another fashion showdown? Because honestly, watching Eric and Ridge go head-to-head over the future of Forrester Creations sounds like exactly the kind of drama B&B does best.
