He wants his mother, but he wants his wife more, and the more Sheila Carter begs, the more Finn pushes her away. Little does Steffy Forrester know, she’ll owe her life to the woman he tried to keep out of Monaco.
He Wants His Mother, But He Wants His Wife More
Sheila Carter is back at Finn‘s office, hoping he’s finally talked to Steffy Forrester about letting her in. He hasn’t. He tells her flat out that he needs to respect his wife’s trauma, and that’s the end of it for him, no matter how many times she circles back to it. Wanting his mother doesn’t change what he’s willing to sacrifice to keep Steffy safe.
Sheila brings up every sacrifice she’s made for Taylor’s sake, hoping it buys her something. It doesn’t. Finn wants his mother, but he wants his wife more, and that math hasn’t changed no matter how many times Sheila runs it in front of him, tallying up years of good behavior she believes should have counted for more by now.

The More Sheila Begs, the More Finn Pushes Her Away
Sheila asks Finn to say he wants her in his life too, and he won’t give her even that much. The more Sheila begs, the more Finn pushes her away, and this time he doesn’t leave her any room to argue.
Sheila doesn’t think Steffy can heal by pretending she doesn’t exist, and she tells Finn so directly. Finn disagrees completely, and he walks out of that conversation certain he’s won something, even if the win feels smaller than he expected.
Little Does Steffy Know
While shutting Sheila down, Finn mentions that Steffy’s heading to Monaco and that he’s coming along specifically to keep the two women apart. He thinks he’s sealing Sheila out for good, closing the last gap she could ever slip through. Little does Steffy know that in a few days, she’ll owe her life to the woman she has banned from her existence.
Sheila now has exactly what she needs: a location and a timeline. The leaked photos already surfacing from that Monaco trip, Sheila pulling Steffy back from a cliffside above the water, tell the rest of the story before it even airs, and there’s nothing Finn can do to take that information back once it’s already out of his mouth and into the world.
Monaco Changes Everything
With the Monaco drama on the horizon, lives are about to change in ways Steffy and Finn could never, ever expect. Finn spent the day building a wall to protect his wife from his mother, brick by brick, sure he’d finally closed every gap. Monaco is where that wall stops mattering.
Steffy will owe her life to Sheila Carter, the woman Finn worked so hard to keep away from her, and neither of them sees it coming as they count down the days to that trip.
