B&B Spoilers April 29: Hope Logan And Katie Logan Join Forces To Destroy Forrester Creations

HOPE LOGAN HAS HAD ENOUGH OF FORRESTER CREATIONS

TL;DR: On the April 29 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Hope Logan reaches her breaking point after Steffy shelves Hope for the Future again, while Katie hunts for a new star at Logan and Bill hosts a Spencer mansion dinner that could change everything.

Steffy Pulls The Plug On Hope For The Future Again

Yes, Hope Logan is officially done being patient with Forrester Creations on The Bold and the Beautiful. Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) just paused Hope for the Future again, and this time the excuse is couture. With Logan stealing headlines, Steffy wants every resource at Forrester poured into a new high end line led by Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Ridge.

The problem? Hope‘s designs have been ready for months. Zende said it out loud. Hope said it louder. And when Steffy dismissed her with the company line about priorities, Hope shot back the kind of zinger she usually saves for big moments. Steffy accused her of sounding like a Spencer. Hope looked her dead in the eye and said, “I am married to one.”

That was not a polite disagreement. That was a warning shot.

Hope Tells Brooke The Truth Nobody Wanted To Hear

Then it got worse for the Forresters. Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) walked into the design office expecting her daughter to commiserate about Logan’s fashion show win. Instead, Hope dropped a bomb. She told her own mother she is starting to understand how Katie Logan (Heather Tom) felt before she walked away from Forrester last December.

Brooke‘s face. You guys. Brooke‘s face.

This is the moment fans have been waiting for since Katie stormed out of Forrester to launch Logan with Bill (Don Diamont). The parallel writes itself. Same marginalization. Same Brooke and Ridge running the show. Same Logan getting pushed out the door. Only this time, the Logan in question is Brooke‘s own daughter, and Brooke just heard her say it.

Will Hope Logan Defect To Katie’s Logan Empire?

Here is where it gets juicy. Bill is throwing a celebratory dinner at the Spencer mansion with Liam (Scott Clifton) and Hope at the table. Katie is openly worried that Logan has nothing lined up after the Eric collection. The Logan empire needs a new face. Hope just got benched. Bill already warned Liam that Forrester is hostile territory now that Hope is a Spencer.

Read the room, Forresters.

Could this mean Katie floats a job offer over dessert? Don’t be surprised if she does. My gut tells me Katie will not make a hard pitch on April 29, but she will plant the seed and let the Spencer wine do the rest. If history is any guide, Hope Logan will be sitting at that table thinking the same thing the audience is thinking. Why is she still fighting for a company that keeps shelving her?

What’s Next For Hope Logan And The Logan Sisters?

Reading between the lines, this dinner is the trap and Hope is walking right into it. Don’t be surprised if Katie brings up Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone), Hope‘s biological brother who is currently waiting tables at Il Giardino. A Hope and Deke duo at Logan, with Katie as the boss and Bill bankrolling the whole thing? That has all the makings of a Forrester killer.

Couple things to watch for. Hope is under contract at Forrester, so any defection is going to come with legal fireworks. The Hope for the Future name belongs to Forrester Creations, so a new line at Logan would launch under a new brand. And Brooke is going to lose her mind when she figures out which Logan her daughter is choosing.

Something tells me Hope Logan is one bad meeting away from gone. And Katie is one good dinner away from winning the war.
