What Happens to Hope on B&B?
Yes, Hope Logan is stuck working for a boss who cannot even answer a simple question. Her “Hope for the Future” line sits shelved with no relaunch date, and every time she asks about it, she gets brushed off. After years of loyalty, Hope is finally seeing the company for what it is.
The boss in question is co-CEO Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Steffy shoved the company toward Eric Forrester‘s (John McCook) couture comeback and quietly buried Hope‘s line in the process. When Hope pushed for a straight answer, Steffy gave her a shrug and not much else.
Let’s call it what it is. A CEO who responds to a legitimate question with “I don’t know” is not running a fashion empire, she is winging it. Steffy even went lower, reportedly calling Hope “nothing without Forrester” and telling her father Hope should just “suck it up.” Classy stuff from the top.
Is Forrester Too Toxic for Hope to Stay?
It sure looks that way. Even Hope‘s husband sees it. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) said straight out that Hope is being mistreated because she is not a blood Forrester. He has a point. Hope Logan is the daughter of Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Deacon Sharpe, so she carries the Logan name, not the Forrester one.
Here is the part that really exposes the company. A fashion house that has stood for decades somehow cannot run two lines at the same time. They shelved Hope‘s collection the second couture became the priority, and they did the same thing to designer Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz). When a so-called empire keeps canceling talent to feed one man’s vision, that is not strategy. That is a company that is not nearly as solid as it pretends to be.
And the insults? Constant. Calling your own people names while you bury their work is the definition of a toxic workplace. Hope has poured her soul into Forrester and gotten disrespect in return, so nobody should blame her for being done.
Will Hope Quit Forrester for Logan?
It’s looking more likely by the day. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) have officially offered Hope the face of the brand position at the Logan fashion house, and they even agreed to hire her a designer of her own. That is more respect than she has seen in months.
So why stay? Hope could keep begging for scraps at a place that treats her like the help, or she could walk out and let her mother deal with the mess. Brooke tried to grab the co-CEO seat for her daughter, lost to Ridge Forrester, then turned around and supported Steffy anyway. If Brooke thinks Steffy is such a great leader, let her be the one taking the hits for a while.
According to the latest from CBS, Hope’s career at Forrester hangs in the balance right now. The standoff has reached its boiling point, and there is no graceful way back.
What’s Next for Hope and Steffy Forrester?
Could this mean an all-out fashion war? Don’t be surprised if Hope Logan signs with Logan and turns her old company into the competition overnight. Given Steffy‘s history, she will not take that loss quietly, so a revenge play feels almost guaranteed.
This likely leads to Steffy scrambling to hold her grip on Forrester while Hope finally builds something that is truly hers. The woman who called her “nothing” may be forced to eat those words in the most public way possible.
