Ridge Makes An Effort To Grow Closer With Hope Logan
Ridge Forrester has spent weeks watching Hope Logan ask for one thing and get another. She asked for a timeline on Hope For the Future. She asked her mother to fight for her. She asked her stepfather to value her work the way he values Steffy’s. Every answer came back the same: wait. And so Hope Logan stopped waiting and signed with Logan instead.
Wednesday, Ridge finally tries to grow closer to her. The effort comes late, but it comes, and a stepfather who has spent months overlooking Hope Logan now has to find the words to bring her back into the fold he kept her on the edge of. Whatever Ridge brings to this conversation has to outweigh every promise he did not keep, and that is a tall order.
A Hope Logan who has already chosen Logan is a Hope with the leverage. She does not need Ridge anymore. The question is whether she still wants him in her corner, and Wednesday Ridge finds out whether his last-ditch reach lands or bounces right off the wall she finally built.
