Electra explained that Will had beaten RJ Forrester so badly she had to take him to the hospital. Melissa Dylan listened as Electra admitted Ridge Forrester had drawn a hard line, forcing her to choose between Will and her own family, because Forresters and Spencers are not supposed to mix. Melissa Dylan reminded Electra it is still her life and her choice, no matter what the Forresters think she owes them. Electra confessed she feels responsible to her family, even as her heart aches for Will. When Dylan pressed her to confirm the breakup was final, Electra didn’t hesitate. It’s over.

That answer changed everything sitting across the table. Melissa Dylan pulled Electra into a hug that looked, on the surface, like pure friendship, the kind two women share after a breakup that never should have happened. Anyone watching would have called it sweet. Nobody would have called it suspicious.

Is Dylan Already Planning Her Next Move?

But Dylan’s eyes said something else entirely as she held on. She has spent this whole conversation gathering exactly what she needed: confirmation that Will is single, heartbroken, and vulnerable, all in one sitting. That is not the profile of a friend who only wants to help Electra heal. That is the profile of a woman calculating her opening.

Expect Dylan to waste no time. She knows Will well, she knows the timing could not be better, and she knows Electra has no reason to suspect a thing from the woman who held her while she cried. If Dylan makes her move, Electra will not see it coming until it is far too late to stop her.

And Will is in no position to notice anything is off. He’s home telling Bill he only wants Electra, convinced there’s still a chance to win her back, with zero idea another woman is already circling. That blind spot is exactly what makes this so dangerous for him and for Electra both. Nobody following Bold and the Beautiful saw this triangle coming, and that includes the two people standing right in the middle of it.
