B&B SPOILERS: MELISSA DYLAN KISSED WILL SPENCER BUT THE FANBASE IS COMPLETELY TORN ON WHETHER SHE DESERVES HIM

TL;DR: On The Bold and the Beautiful, Melissa Dylan confessed her love to Will Spencer and kissed him on March 25, 2026, but fans are completely divided. She went from a homeless underdog dumpster-diving behind Il Giardino to a woman sitting on a secret that could destroy everything she has built.

From the Streets of LA to the Center of B&B’s Biggest Love Triangle

She was sleeping in her car. She was digging through garbage behind Il Giardino just to find something to eat. And now Melissa Dylan is the most talked-about woman on The Bold and the Beautiful and the reason fans cannot stop arguing with each other about who deserves what.

The road that brought Melissa Dylan here reads like a nightmare. After her vehicle accidentally struck and killed Luna Nozawa — a confirmed murderer and kidnapper who was fleeing law enforcement — Dylan’s life fell apart completely. She lost her teaching career. She lost her apartment. She spent months living out of her car, hiding her homelessness from her mother back home so the woman would not lose faith in her daughter’s California dream. It was a brutal fall for someone who had done nothing intentionally wrong.

Will Spencer found out the truth and offered her a place to stay at his Malibu beach house. That is where things started getting messy. His girlfriend at the time, Electra Forrester, was not happy about it. The tension between all three of them turned out to be exactly the opening one person had been waiting to exploit.

Ivy Forrester Burned It Down. Melissa Dylan Watched It Burn.

Ivy Forrester was watching through the beach house window one night when Will and Dylan shared a completely innocent moment. Dylan lost her balance during a ballet demonstration and tumbled into Will’s lap. Ivy turned it into a scandal. She ran to Electra with a poisoned version of what she had seen, gaslighting her own niece into believing Will had been unfaithful in her absence.

When Electra tried to fix things by writing Will a letter asking him to meet her at Forrester Creations to reconcile, Ivy intercepted it. Physically stole it. Hid it in her purse so Will would never have the chance to choose. And when Daphne Rose caught her in the act and confronted her in the design room, Ivy admitted the whole thing was never about protecting Electra. It was proxy revenge. Punishment directed at Will because of what Liam Spencer did to her years ago. Electra was just the weapon.

That is the villain of this story. Full stop.

But here is where it gets genuinely complicated. Melissa Dylan was standing outside that design room door. She overheard every single word. She knew Ivy stole the letter. She knew Will never had a real chance to choose. And after Ivy made clear that staying silent would clear her path to Will’s heart, Dylan chose silence. She confessed her love to Will on March 25. He kissed her back. He still does not know a thing.

Team Dylan vs. Team Electra and Both Sides Have a Point

Scroll through any Bold and the Beautiful fan forum right now and the Team Dylan versus Team Electra war is everywhere and it is getting loud. Both camps are passionate. And honestly, both camps are not entirely wrong.

The case for Dylan is real. She came from nothing. She survived things Electra Forrester has never had to imagine. She was not the one who started this fire. One calculated choice in a sea of desperate circumstances does not automatically erase months of surviving the unsurvivable. And RJ Forrester and Electra’s retaliatory kiss proves Electra is no innocent bystander either. She assumed the worst. She went looking for comfort from someone else the second she felt rejected without even trying to get the truth first.

But the case against Dylan is not nothing. She held the proof that could have fixed everything. She had the power to expose Ivy, exonerate Will, and give two people their relationship back. And she chose to bury it. That is not a victim acting out of desperation in the dark. That is someone who saw the light and covered it up on purpose.

Ivy is still the real culprit here, weaponizing her unresolved wounds from history with Liam against a young man who had nothing to do with any of it. But if Will ever finds out that Melissa Dylan knew the whole time, the question will not be whether Team Dylan survives. It will be whether Will ever trusts anyone again.
