Darin Brooks and Kelly Kruger have put an end to their marriage. Court paperwork obtained by Us Weekly shows the split became official on July 28, with both citing irreconcilable differences as the cause.

The Settlement Breakdown
Under the terms, each side keeps the vehicles and belongings already registered in their own name, while their financial accounts and retirement funds stay separate too. Brooks holds onto his cryptocurrency, minus a portion set aside for Kruger, who in turn keeps everything she inherited on her own.
Custody of daughters Everleigh, 6, and Gemma, 4, will be split jointly between Darin Brooks and Kelly Kruger going forward. Neither Darin Brooks nor Kelly Kruger is seeking spousal support, and no child support payments are currently being exchanged between the two.
How Their Story Began
Word of their separation first broke earlier this year, closing out ten years of marriage while the pair told TV Insider in March that staying friendly and raising their kids together remained the goal. Kelly Kruger and Darin Brooks had filed the paperwork back in January, well before this week’s settlement became official, and neither has commented publicly beyond that joint statement.
Their romance traces back to 2010, when the two costarred together on Blue Mountain State and started dating not long after. Brooks has since built a following on Bold and the Beautiful as Wyatt Spencer, while Kruger stepped into General Hospital this July as Serena Baldwin, following an earlier run on Young and the Restless as Mackenzie Browning.
