SHEILA’S TWISTED MASTER PLAN: USING LUNA TO GET TO FINN WHILE EVERYONE’S DISTRACTED

Just when you thought Sheila Carter couldn’t possibly sink any lower, she proves us ALL wrong! In the May 12 episode, while Liam Spencer is literally facing a terminal diagnosis, soap’s most notorious villain is busy playing her sick games. And I am FURIOUS!

At Il Giardino (because where else?), Sheila crashed what appeared to be an incredibly emotional father-son moment between Bill Spencer and Liam to push her latest agenda: creating a twisted “family” connection between Finn and Luna. The timing couldn’t be more calculating or heartless.

SHEILA’S SHAMELESS MANIPULATION IN ACTION

Picture this: Bill and Liam are having what looks like one of their final heart-to-hearts (I’m still not over this terminal diagnosis storyline!), when Sheila sashays over to their table with that signature smirk that makes me want to throw something at my TV.

Without a hint of awareness—or more likely, without a shred of human decency—she thanked Bill for “giving Luna another chance” and claimed he acted “like a father” to her. Um, WHAT?!

Let’s not forget that Luna is the same woman who:

  • Manipulated DNA test results
  • KIDNAPPED Steffy Forrester
  • Literally MURDERED Tom Starr

The absolute gall of this woman to suggest that Luna deserves ANYONE’S sympathy is mind-boggling! But that’s Sheila for you—always working every angle.

Kimberlin Brown continues to deliver villainous perfection. The calculated way she inserted herself into their conversation had me yelling at my screen. Thirty years on this show, and she STILL manages to make me gasp with her character’s audacity!

LIAM CALLS IT LIKE IT IS

Thank goodness for Liam! Even while facing his own mortality (I’m seriously not ready for this storyline), he immediately shut down Sheila’s nonsense.

When Sheila tried selling her “poor misunderstood Luna” narrative, Liam didn’t mince words, reminding everyone at the table (and probably half the restaurant) that Luna is NOT Bill’s daughter and is—direct quote—”insane.”

Let’s give Scott Clifton his flowers here—even in what might be his character’s final days on the show, he’s still the voice of reason cutting through Sheila’s manipulation. His expression of disgust was Emmy-worthy!

THE BOMBSHELL THAT REVEALS EVERYTHING

And then came the line that exposed Sheila’s entire agenda: “It’s not too late for Finn to be in her life.”

JAW. ON. FLOOR.

Is she seriously still pushing for a connection between her biological son and the woman who terrorized his wife? Who kidnapped Steffy? Who has proven herself to be every bit as dangerous as Sheila herself?

This reveals her ultimate game plan in crystal-clear high definition. She’s clearly trying to create some kind of twisted “family” dynamic where she, Finn, and Luna form a unit. It’s giving serious “dysfunctional Brady Bunch from hell” vibes.

The projection here is OFF THE CHARTS, folks! When Sheila suggested that Bill’s feelings for Luna “can’t just turn off” even though she’s not his biological daughter, she might as well have been talking about her own obsession with Finn.

THE SYNCHRONIZED ATTACK ON FINN

What makes this TRULY diabolical? While Sheila was busy working this angle at Il Giardino, Luna was simultaneously at the cliff house trying to manipulate Finn!

The synchronized nature of this attack can’t be coincidental. Luna showed up at Finn and Steffy’s home, claiming she just wanted to “get to know him better.” She even had the audacity to make Finn feel guilty, suggesting he bears some responsibility for not being in her life earlier.

For a heart-stopping moment, Finn actually seemed conflicted! He acknowledged feeling some responsibility, and I nearly threw my coffee mug at the screen. Thankfully, he quickly shut it down, making it clear that Steffy and their family are his priority.

When Luna tried to blame Steffy for keeping them apart (SERIOUSLY?!), Finn refused to let her make it about his wife. And then—in what might be the most satisfying moment of the episode—Steffy walked in to find Luna in her home.

The look on Steffy’s face? PRICELESS. Jacqueline MacInnes Wood delivered a master class in “if looks could kill” expression!

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR THE FUTURE

The timing of Sheila and Luna’s synchronized manipulation couldn’t be more calculated. With everyone distracted by Liam’s terminal diagnosis—including Steffy, who’s been spending time comforting Hope Logan through this crisis—these two vipers are making their move on Finn.

I’ve watched B&B for decades, and I’ve rarely seen a more coldly calculated scheme. Using a tragedy like Liam’s diagnosis as cover for their machinations? That’s low even for Sheila.

The question now is whether Finn will see through this obvious manipulation or if he’ll be swayed by guilt. And how will Steffy handle having both Liam’s crisis and Luna’s threats to deal with simultaneously?

One thing’s for sure: Sheila will NEVER stop trying to get what she wants. And what she wants is to create a “family” on her own twisted terms, no matter who gets hurt in the process.

Stay tuned, soap fans. This storyline is about to get even messier—and I’m here for every dramatic minute of it!
