B&B Spoilers for the week of August 31-September 4 bring Melissa Dylan’s mother to Bikini Bar, a desperate confession plea inside Forrester’s walls, and a Cliff House conversation that might be hiding more than one secret. Let’s get into it.

A Long-Awaited Reunion at Bikini Bar

Over at the Spencer offices, Katie Logan tells Bill Spencer, “If there’s any hope, I need to meet the mother who raised her.” Translation: Katie is done taking Melissa Dylan at her word, and she’s going straight to the source to find out what she’s really dealing with.

She gets her wish fast. At Bikini Bar, Darcy Dylan arrives, and Melissa lights up, shouting “Mom!” as Darcy runs to embrace her daughter. It is a genuinely sweet moment, right up until Melissa follows it with, “There are some things that you need to know.”

That is not a sentence anyone says before good news. Darcy flew across the country for a hug and a warning, and Katie has not even met her yet. These B&B Spoilers make it clear Katie isn’t interested in taking anyone’s word for it anymore.

Carter’s Panic Reaches a Breaking Point

Over at Forrester’s main office, Carter Walton corners Steffy Forrester with a plea that says everything without saying much at all: “Tell me that you didn’t tell your husband about our night.” Steffy has spent two weeks trying to bury this exact confession, and Carter clearly isn’t ready to let her stop trying.

This is the same secret that has had Steffy unraveling since Monaco. She already almost handed it to Finn twice, right as he slid her wedding ring back on and promised nothing would ever come between them. These Spoilers suggest the walls are closing in fast for both of them.

Later, at the Cliff house, Finn delivers a line that hits a lot harder than he realizes: “Secrets destroy marriages.” He has no idea he’s describing his own living room. These B&B Spoilers hint that Finn’s confidence about his own marriage won’t survive the week.

Steffy’s response cuts even closer. “We have both done things that we regret and somehow we need to find a way to move past them,” she tells him. Finn still thinks she means Monaco and Sheila. He is about to learn there’s a whole other confession standing behind that one.

Put it together: Katie thinks meeting Darcy will hand her the truth about Melissa. Finn thinks his marriage’s secrets started and ended with his mother. Neither one is close, and these Spoilers point to a detonation big enough to hit two marriages at once.
