A Musical Love Story
One of the sweetest things about Cait Fairbanks and Jay Rudolph’s relationship is their shared love of music. Rudolph is a drummer who has toured with Weyes Blood and contributed to Marlon Rabenreither’s song “Wild Boys.” Meanwhile, Fairbanks — who goes by the stage name Ginesse — has already released multiple songs and is actively recording new music.
In fact, the couple has been working on music TOGETHER. “I’ve been in the studio for a while and my boyfriend and I have been working on the record,” Fairbanks told Soap Opera Digest in November. She revealed that the new album is almost ready to be released just in time for the holidays.
“I’m wrapping that up. Shooting some album artwork, and I’d like it to be out sometime in early December,” she added. A new album AND an engagement? Cait Fairbanks is absolutely winning at life right now, and we love to see it.

Here’s the beautiful thing: Cait Fairbanks isn’t the only Y&R star celebrating love lately! Her on-screen spouse, Camryn Grimes (who plays Mariah Copeland), married voice actor Brock Powell in November after three years of engagement.
The couple’s “funky wedding” in New Orleans featured a local pianist, a street parade, and even a tarot card reader. “Travel is very important to both of us,” the couple told PEOPLE. “We wanted our friends and family to feel like they’re on an adventure with us.”
