Phyllis Summers Helps Matt Break Free
Phyllis Summers and Matt Clark are toasting to their future like a couple that’s decided the whole town can mind its own business. He admits Phyllis Summers is the only reason he hasn’t ripped off his ankle monitor and bolted, and honestly, tying a man to Victor’s leash and calling it romance is peak Phyllis.
That toast turns into action fast. Phyllis Summers swipes a bag from maintenance, cuts the monitor off Matt’s ankle herself, and sends him off to stash it in the stables like she’s done this sort of thing before. When he finally makes it back to her suite, gratitude turns into clothes coming off before either of them says another word.

Cane Gets Interrupted, Devon Gets Judgmental
Cane Ashby and Lily Winters barely get through one more kiss before Devon Winters calls, and Lily decides it’s smarter for Cane to clear out before her brother shows up. Smart move, because Devon storms in later and immediately accuses her of letting Cane weasel his way back into her life.
Devon eventually walks back the attitude and admits he feels like a jerk his own wife and son barely recognize anymore. Lily softens, but the damage to Devon’s mood is already done.
Abby’s Marriage Cracks a Little Wider
Abby Newman wants a date night, and Devon Winters gives her a raincheck instead, choosing his sister’s crisis over his wife’s. He insists it isn’t about her, calls it a “me issue,” and admits he’s terrified he’s failing both her and their son before he walks out to go fix his sister instead.
Once he’s gone, Daniel Romalotti finds Abby crying and offers to listen. She admits she can’t get past the wall Devon’s built, he pushes her to trust their love anyway, and by the end he’s angling for a night out at Noah’s new club, because apparently that fixes everything now.
Noah Wants Matt Gone for Good
Noah Newman notices Sienna Bacall distracted at the Shadow Room and correctly guesses Matt’s the reason. She admits she can’t shake the good in the man she fell for, even if his name turned out to be a lie, and that’s exactly the kind of talk that sends Noah into overdrive.
Sienna warns him that cornering Matt could blow up in everyone’s face, but Noah is dead set: Matt needs to be gone, whether Sienna likes it or not.
