How sweet… Claire met Nate when she worked at Newman Media as Nikki Newman’s Assistant, before she found out Nate’s ex-girlfriend is her mother. How long before Claire & Nate start comparing notes about whatever is going to be going on between Kyle & Audra & what will happen next?
The Way Claire Looked at Nate & Isn’t So Innocent
Everyone except Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) & Young & the Restless fans have forgotten that Claire Grace, now Newman (Hayley Erin), almost killed almost all of the Newmans, including her mother Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), who recently dated Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
Yes, Miss Claire glanced at Nate when meeting at the elevator at Newman Enterprises. Back then, Nate was working for Victoria & they were dating. Claire was still Claire Grace & she was still preparing to take out the Newmans with her Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk).
Has Claire taken a second look at Nate since? No, she hasn’t. She’s been playing the studious Claire Newman, God’s gift to everyone as a family member, a nanny, & in business… but everything has an expiration date on Young & the Restless.
One Table Away, The Same Conversation Times 2 at Society
Nate has been onto his current girlfriend, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), for weeks & now Claire is about there with her boyfriend Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). This is all much like back when Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) & Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) had their feelings about their lovers at the time, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) & Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).
Nate/Audra & Claire/Kyle were just one table away at Society, having almost the same conversation. Something smells & it smells like Audra & Kyle attempting to outsmart one another to not end up back in bed at the GCAC, but only they will.
It’s Time to Cross Some Lines, Y&R Fans are BORED!!
Young & the Restless fans need some spice, & Claire & Nate comparing notes about their lovers being previous lovers now playing nice might be enough spice for now. May we insert some chit-chat about how Claire just learned about a new drink called “The Vesper,” she just learned about from “this guy Holden,” she has run into (Nathan Owens) a few times at the GCAC.
Nate knows Holden as he works for his new half-brother, Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers). Nate will want to learn more about whatever Claire knows about the mysterious Holden & what he is really up to in Genoa City.
How many Vespers will it take for Claire & Nate to cross a line?
