Y&R Speculation: Danny Romalotti Rescues Daniel Romalotti & Tessa’s Singing Career

With all of the Phyllis Summers hate posted on social media by Young & the Restless fans, other soap opera fans may be left to assume that Phyllis has been leading an easy life in Genoa City. 

NOT! 

She was just kidnapped & trapped with one of her least favorite enemies, Sharon Newman. If Diane Jenkins & Christine Blair are not counting their blessing that they were not chosen for Martin Laurent’s experiment, they should be, as they round out Phyllis’ list of her top 3 female enemies.

Still, Phyllis is doing her damndest to help her son Daniel Romalotti since he suddenly lost the love of his life, Heather Stevens, & they both are dealing with her kidnapping. Yes, Phyllis is an emotional & intense hot mess. She’s quite the lady as-is before suffering all of this recent turmoil. It’s about time that Daniel Romalotti’s father, Danny Romalotti, jumps in for an assist in Genoa City or to find a purpose to have Daniel join him on tour.

Fake Mom Death, Real Love Death, Mom Kidnapped

So, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) might need a bit. Not long after forgiving his mother, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), for faking her death, the love of his life, Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom), died in Daniel’s real life. Then, his mother was kidnapped with the woman who framed him for his wife’s murder, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). 

Maybe Daniel needs a minute before he gets all ultra creative at a new job. Phyllis is doing her damndest to make sure that Daniel has a meaningful job & a reason to get up in the morning, but Phyllis needs that herself. Perhaps Miss Phyllis is spread a little too thin & it’s time for Daniel’s daddy, Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian), to step in.

Lucy Has Been on Tour, Tessa Was Supposed to, & Daniel??

Danny Romalotti is still on tour with Cricket/Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) at his side. Daniel’s daughter Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) has been on tour with Danny, also. Lucy tagging along with Danny, Cricket, & company gave her something else to focus on & purpose when her dad was being framed for killing her mother by her grandmother’s new best friend. 

Now Daniel needs purpose & he needs a freaking job. How is Daniel providing for himself & Lucy? How can Daniel afford to live in the building he lives in — the same building that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) & Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) each have penthouses in? What if Danny were to invite Daniel on tour with him to work & to heal? What about when Daniel’s new BFF Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) was supposed to our with Danny, opening for him? 

Hmmmmm…

Daniel to Tour with Danny & His Mom’s Least Favorite Bug

Daniel Romalotti has been served up a job of his choosing by Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) & his mother, Phyllis, at Abbott Communications & it’s not going to work. Daniel is almost dead inside & needs a creative reboot. He was willing to settle for anywhere Billy Boy would put him at AC, but Billy is not willing to bring him on as a place filler. Now, Phyllis has to decide if she’s going to continue to partner with Billy at Abbott Communications without her son. Her son needs to do something & that something may involve taking company with her least favorite bug, Christine Blair.

Danny Romalotti’s Band-Aid for Daniel & Tessa

Yes, Danny Romalotti & his band have a ton of potential to not only help his son Daniel, but also Tessa Porter, whom he previously set up with to tour with & she to open for him. Daniel is going to go broke & down to feeling almost useless if he doesn’t get help from his dad & his band ASAP. As long as Daniel & Tessa have found a new friendship including creativity & guitars, let’s get Tessa on tour also. What about Tessa & Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) daughter Aria? Everyone has a nanny in Genoa City on Young & the Restless so Aria should be just fine, but what will happen between Daniel & Tessa on tour?
