Sharon & Phyllis’s New BFF Arrangment, Expiring Soon?

Even though Sharon & Phyllis have developed a unique friendship, there will always be some jealousy between them over Nick Newman & Nick Newman isn’t helping things. He’s there for Sharon. Then he’s there for Phyllis. Then SQUIRELL… Look, Sharon needs help again & Nick goes to her. It’s lather, rinse, repeat in Genoa City as far as Nick, Sharon, & Phyllis are concerned, but is there something else coming soon? With all of this one-on-one time, a line is bound to be crossed, but what if Nick Newman crosses both lines?

Which Line Gets Crossed 1st & When BFFs Find Out

Sharon & Phyllis are hardly the same type of woman. What they have in common revolves around being ex-wives of Nick Newman & bearing his children. Both women co-parent well with Nick Newman, but all of their children are adults now & Nick Newman is still here for these baby-mommas full-time.

As things stand, it wouldn’t be a surprise for Nick to cross the friendship line with either ex-wife, but would Golden Boy, Nick Newman, dare cross lines with both of them coming soon? Nick has a history of not being as squeaky clean as he often is portrayed. His last love triangle included his brother Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) & their mutual ex, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).

Nothing stays a secret for long in Genoa City. This is mostly because GC’s residents have yet to learn that Chancellor Park is not a safe space to share secrets, as there is almost always another GC resident observing & listening in the background.

If Nick Newman gets cozy with both Sharon & Phyllis, it will reunite their unique friendship & Nick Newman will be ousted from their schedules after they compare notes, at least until one of them finds themselves involved in another tragedy on Young & the Restless.  Soap opera fans could use more of these most unlikely friends conquering anything they set their minds to.
