Young and the Restless fans, did we have THIS love triangle on our bingo cards? Absolutely not! The new Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) is out here vibing with not one but TWO older women, and honestly, we’re just trying to keep up with the chaos.

For everyone else in town, it’s Genoa City. But for Noah Newman? It’s Cougar Town, USA, and he’s apparently the mayor now.

Yes, new Noah is sleeping with a married woman, Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun). Fans aren’t even sure what’s worse about this affair yet. Is it the fact that it’s an affair at all? That Sienna is married to a psycho, violent rapist? Or that Noah’s parents, who are BOTH infamous for cheating, are somehow disappointed in their son for doing exactly what they’ve done a million times? The irony is so thick you could cut it with a knife.

Tessa Who? Allie What?

Let’s take a quick trip down memory lane, shall we? Noah’s sister, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), is still married to his ex-girlfriend, Tessa, at least for now. When Noah and Tessa were in Tuscany for Victoria Newman’s wedding, those two were vibing again, even though Tessa and Mariah were already married. Perhaps they weren’t actual romantic vibes. Tessa is sweet and in his age range, while the previous Noah Newman, portrayed by Rory Gibson, was quite boring. So there’s that.

And never mind Noah’s current girlfriend, Allie Nguyen, who is also Jack Abbott’s long-lost granddaughter and is also in Noah’s age range. Noah considers their relationship over, even though Allie isn’t exactly on the same page about that. While Allie was about as boring as the previous Noah portrayal, she should at least be shown some respect as part of the infamous Abbott family!

She’s been working in the Jabot lab in Paris for years. All of the Abbotts have made trips to Paris since. How often have they visited Allie? Um, NONE. Poor girl is out there making serums and getting ghosted by her entire family.

Pick Your Cougar: Sienna or Audra?

Remember when Noah and Audra dated in London, and then she tracked him down in Genoa City to inform him she miscarried his baby? Pretty sure Sharon and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) remember that little bombshell.

So speaking of Noah and Audra’s recent vibes, if Sharon and Nick HAD to pick a cougar for their son to date, would they pick Sienna or Audra? Let’s break this down logically.

Sienna is as old as Noah’s mom. Her husband has raped Noah’s mom. That’s a lot of baggage to unpack at family dinners, folks.

Audra is older than Noah, but not as old as his mom. She’s definitely a handful, but she’s SINGLE. That has to count for something, right?

Now, if new Noah’s new cousin, Claire Newman (Hayley Erin), could just lay off Audra and stop bringing up her messy past that does not need to be revisited, maybe we could finally see new Noah and Audra get it on! The chemistry is RIGHT THERE, Y&R. Give the people what they want!
