Devon Desperately Asks Tucker McCall for Help

Whoa!… Did Devon Winters just ask his other dad Tucker McCall for help? Hell has frozen over on Young & the Restless & what happens next…

What In the Fresh Hell Just Happened? Devon is Now Desperate??

How can it be? The smartest businessman in Genoa City, Devon Winters (Bryton James), according to himself needs help.

Not only is Devon asking for help, but he’s asked the man he despises most, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).

Just last week on Young & the Restless, Tucker politely asked Devon if he & Abby would mind if he would attend Dominic’s upcoming concert & Devon turned him down not-so-politely.

Now that Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) has called Devon on his corporate-power-hungry-crap & has relinquished her power to her son Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) at Chancellor-Winters, Devon needs his often business-savvy-daddy, Tucker McCall.

Just when Young & the Restless fans thought they could not like Devon Winters less…

Jill Abbott’s Power Shift and Billy’s New Role

Tucker McCall’s New Board Seat at Chancellor Winters

Tucker McCall isn’t dumb & he doesn’t do anything for free. If Tucker does agree to help Devon, he will demand something in return.

What better for Tucker McCall to demand than the open board seat at Chancellor Winters that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) wasn’t able to fill?

Tucker’s Demands for a Board Seat

No Board Seat, No Deal for Tucker McCall on Y&R

Tucker can want a board seat all he wants, but what is the likelihood that the C-W board as-is will approve?

Jill Abbott has stepped back, but she is keeping her board seat. She will not want Tucker on the board. Billy Boy Abbott will definitely not want Tucker McCall on the board. There’s a small possibility that Devon would be able to persuade his sister Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) to be Team Tucker, temporarily.

Board’s Reluctance to Accept Tucker

Then there is Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) with ties to all of the key families in Genoa City yet she could not be more out of the loop as to each family’s goings on.

Historically, Abby has not been Team Tucker at all between what he has put her mother Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) through & Devon’s ongoing hatred for Tucker.

Yet, it’s apparent that Abby isn’t using her brain as of late to its full potential.

She has no idea that her mother has multiple personalities & that her Uncle Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is back to popping pills.

Devon Persuades Key Players: Lily and Abby

So, Devon could totally get Abby on board to put Tucker on the board, but what about Lily?

Who wins??
