Young and the Restless Spoilers Phyllis Obsesses Over Billy Sally Paris Romance While Daniel Sees Through Her Act

Y&R 2-12 Spoilers: Phyllis Obsesses Over Billy While Sharon Seeks Redemption

In the latest episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis Summers took helicopter parenting to a whole new level – except she wasn’t hovering over her kids, but rather her ex Billy Abbott! While Billy and Sally enjoyed a romantic Paris getaway that turned steamy after getting caught in the rain, Phyllis couldn’t stop herself from bombarding them with “urgent” business calls.

MAJOR DRAMA ALERT: Mother Knows Best?

When Daniel joined his mother at Society, he had to witness firsthand as Phyllis launched into a tirade about how Sally was “pure destruction” and “clinging to Billy like a fungus.” But her son wasn’t buying what she was selling, especially when she kept obsessively calling Billy during his romantic trip. The real kicker? Phyllis claims she just wants Billy “distraction-free” for their new business venture, but Daniel called her out, wondering if his mother might be harboring some not-so-professional feelings for her ex.

Meanwhile, At Crimson Lights…

The drama wasn’t limited to Phyllis’s questionable phone etiquette. Sharon found herself face-to-face with Summer, leading to an intense conversation about forgiveness and accountability. While Summer acknowledged Sharon’s exoneration, she made it crystal clear she needs time to process everything that happened with Daniel’s framing. Talk about awkward coffee orders!

Family Feuds and Fresh Starts

Claire took the opportunity to dig deeper into the Abbott-Newman blood feud, pressing Summer for details about Victor’s hatred for the Abbotts. But Summer dropped some truth bombs, revealing that Victor had actually accepted Kyle completely after Harrison came into the picture. Still, Summer warned Claire not to push too hard – sage advice from someone who’s navigated these treacherous family waters before.

Back in the City of Love

While all this was happening, Billy and Sally were turning up the heat in Paris, finding themselves caught in a rainstorm that led to a passionate encounter in Ashley’s apartment. But leave it to Phyllis to try raining on their parade with her constant calls!

A Father’s Support

Nick played superhero once again, trying to mediate between Sharon and Summer while supporting Sharon’s journey toward redemption. Sharon confessed to him that she’s struggling to forgive herself and hopes to make amends with everyone she’s hurt – though that might take more than a few lattes to accomplish.

The New Dream Team?

In a surprising turn, Daniel agreed to join forces with Phyllis and Billy in their new venture, though his enthusiasm came with a side of hesitation. Let’s hope Phyllis’s apparent fixation on Billy’s love life doesn’t complicate their professional relationship!

Moving Forward

As Daniel shared touching memories of Heather – from her love of dogs to her awful karaoke skills – it became clear that while some wounds may be healing, others are still fresh. And with Phyllis seemingly unable to let go of her grudges (or her phone), it looks like Genoa City is in for some interesting times ahead!
