Young & the Restless fans are continuing to learn more about Ian Ward & Jordan’s Genoa City connection during their uncomfortable heart-to-heart chats inside their motel room at the Genoa City Motor Arms. Their commonality is the Newman family however they differ on who’s who for who’s side. Tessa Porter has never met Ian Ward with or without a hat & sunglasses & that’s about to end. Someone best be keeping baby Aria close on Young & the Restless…
The Nanny Shortage in Genoa City on Y&R
So many problems would have been solved if Claire Newman’s (Hayley Erin) grandpa Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) had invested in a daycare center for Claire to operate in Genoa City. Harrison’s (Redding Munsell) parents are now scrambling to fill in the gaps Claire has left behind. Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) & Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) were recently trying to hire Claire as Aria’s nanny & Claire declined. Aria’s new nanny has not been confirmed. Regardless, all nannies need a backup nanny & Ian Ward (Ray Wise) has just observed an opportunity during a quick visit to Society in GC on Y&R.
Tessa Porter To Be Duped By The Nice Old Man at Work
Tessa Porter continues to generally manage Society for Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) on-demand so Abby can be active on the Chancellor Winters board. Wait. That doesn’t make sense. Not much is making sense on Young & the Restless right now. Companies in Genoa City conglomerate companies rarely convene for board meetings & when they do, it’s hardly a full-time job. Yet, Abby still has Tessa on to run her restaurant in her absence.
Next up Ian Ward’s (Ray Wise) not-so-clever-disguise which includes a hat & glasses will actually have a shot in Genoa City in making headway to reach whatever Newman goal he has in mind. Ian Ward knows & had Mariah Copeland in his inappropriate & tormenting care, but has not yet met Mariah’s wife Tessa Porter. Opportunity has knocked & now Ian Ward will be conveniently kind to Tessa at Society & will conveniently orchestrate an emergency for Tessa to report to & will conveniently be available to take care of Aria… & more.
Creepy Claire Will Know, Saves Aria from Ian on Y&R
Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) did not raise a fool. Claire Grace now Newman is not dumb & has managed to get almost everyone in Genoa City to adore her. There will be something about Ian Ward’s scent that Claire will pick up on that will lead her to call on her grandfather Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to do everything in his power to free baby Aria from Ian Ward.
Ian Ward’s scent isn’t the only scent known in Genoa City. There’s the scent of the Genoa City Motor Arms which will eventually lead someone with a clue who may or may not be an actually detective to Aunt Jordan hiding out & out of prison.
