So close yet so far away on Young & the Restless… Two pairs were just about to pair up in bed & then they didn’t. With Summer Newman & Chance Chancellor taking some time off from spending time in Summer’s suite & Adam & Sally broken up, Young & the Restless fans have been longing for some on-screen romance. Did Kyle & Claire actually come close to sleeping together without creeping soap opera fans out? How many dates are Sally & Billy away from that inevitable nightcap in her GCAC suite? Tik Toc… Tik Toc…
Creepy Claire & Kyle Abbott, Not So Creepy on Y&R…
It’s a wonder how another person’s company can make another person more tolerable. One of Young & the Restless’s greatest examples of this is for the soap opera fans who are not so much into Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) but are whenever he’s back with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) playing video games & follow those games up with hot sex. Phyllis somehow dials down the boring in Nick Newman & they are an exciting couple.
Not that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) & Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) are even close to Phyllis & Nick as they’ve barely even started, but the preview to what’s coming soon was way less creepy than forecasted by Y&R fans & they have potential.
Drinks Without Nightcaps, Sally & Billy on Y&R
Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) & Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) are another couple who Young & the Restless fans didn’t know they needed. In large part, Y&R fans were sold on Sally Spectra & Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) being & staying Genoa City’s next power couple. Then there came Nick Newman… & that was flat-out gross.
In what seemed like less than 10 minutes, Adam Newman had left Newman Media, Sally took his place, & Nick Newman was “overseeing” Sally’s every move. They literally kissed & immediately had sex on the Newman Media couch. Things with Sally & Adam were not nearly as rushed but once they hit the sheets they could have not been more hot.
Are Sally & Billy about to be Y&R’s next hot couple? They have drinks, they enjoy chit-chatting with one another, & they’ve reduced talking about Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) & Adam Newman by at least 25%. The nightcap is coming & Young & the Restless fans can’t wait.
No Abbott Double Dates, Please & Thank You
Kyle Abbott like his uncle Billy Abbott is so close to getting their loving on again & it’s not nearly as awkward &/or creepy as Young & the Restless fans speculated. However, let’s not go overboard. The last thing soap opera fans need is Kyle/Claire & Billy/Sally on a double date anywhere in Genoa City.
