On & freaking on… Almost all we hear from Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) is how she is super-duper excited about her riding lesson from her now-found father & former Newman Stables Manager, Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck). Perhaps her mother Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) can be a part of it as well. Maybe Claire can switch off & go to the stables with Victoria, or then with Cole. Or, maybe first with Cole & then Victoria.
Cole Howard’s Discovery of Aunt Jordan
Cole Howard has been onto Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) way longer than Nikki Newman checked in to dry out. This time Victor Newman did everything in his power to protect his family, except he left a trail of smelly brussell sprouts along the way for Claire’s daddy Cole Howard to sniff the very much alive Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) out.
Billy Abbott’s Business Travels
On the Abbott side of town, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) isn’t even in town. Once Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) delegated her Chancellor Winters powers to her son Billy, he left Genoa City on business like his ass was on fire. Billy left GC to do meet-&-greets at the regional Chancellor Winters offices. Since when does C-W have regional offices? If Chancellor Winters does have regional offices how many could they possibly have? Apparently, enough for Billy Boy Abbott to be out of town longer than Nikki Newman was in rehab.
The Future of Nikki Newman’s Sobriety
You know what is going to hit the fan & more once it gets out that Aunt Jordan is very much alive. It’s not clear whether the local liquor store where Nikki Newman was purchasing her triple distilled vodka has had enough time to stock up in time for her next relapse. Nikki Newman is resourceful. She’ll find herself some vodka somewhere. After all, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) is now allowed to serve herself & a guest complimentary wine the morning inside the jazz lounge at the GCAC.
