Before Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) & Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) reached a civil revision of their custody agreement of their son Harrison (Redding Munsell) they were competing to acquire a home with a yard. Now that Summer & Kyle are getting along, do they both really need homes with a big yard? Or, perhaps whatever home Kyle’s new make-out buddy/nanny/pseudo-realtor finds for him will be good enough for Summer & Summer will just need a bit more space with a kitchen above & beyond her suite at the Genoa City Athletic Club.

Sally’s Taste of Home Life

When Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) moved in with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Young & the Restless fans thought everything was good in their soap opera world, until Adam cheated on Sally with his ex Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). Finally, Sally had a home outside of the Grand Phoenix & the Genoa City Athletic Club. She actually had a home & she got to decorate. Sally Spectra has had enough of Adam Newman but not enough of playing house.

The Battle for Sharon’s Apartment

Coming soon on Young & the Restless… Marchetti’s first catfight. Adam has cheated on Sally with her co-worker Chelsea & will be rebooting their family inside his condo that Sally lived in for 10 minutes which makes Chelsea’s apartment above Crimson Lights available. Chelsea’s boss Summer Newman would love to get out of the GCAC to have more space to spend time with her son, but Sally doesn’t want to go back to hotel living & needs her own space.

Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) owns the apartment above Crimson Lights where Chelsea & her son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) live now but she is currently bat-shit-crazy & very much otherwise occupied.

What’s Next in Genoa City?

Will the Summer or Sally showdown of who gets the apartment above Crimson Lights seriously come down to a best-of-rock-paper-scissors between the two & called by their Marchetti counterpart & the current renter who is Chelsea Lawson? Or, will a game of rock-paper-scissors escalate into who has which position at Marchetti in exchange for giving up the apartment above the coffee house on Y&R?
