Genoa City Needs Another Coffee Shop & Phyllis Will Run it Only Better
Phyllis Summers hates Sharon Newman. Sharon Newman hates Phyllis Summers. Yet, Phyllis & her family frequent Sharon’s coffee shop as if it were a best friend of the family who owned it. Especially after the murder of Heather Stevens & the related developments, Phyllis & family spending time at Crimson Lights still is blowing Y&R fan’s minds. Phyllis obviously has a tremendous amount of free time being unemployed yet again. Could she have a plan that would blow Genoa City residents’ minds?
Espresso Martinis & Cigars, Leather Couches, & Coffee
Genoa City on Young & the Restless doesn’t even know it needs Espresso Martinis & cigars all in one place with leather couches & coffee, but it does. Genoa City does know, however, that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) needs a freaking job. Yeah…yeah…yeah… Phyllis LOVES her family & that’s nice, but she needs a job to provide her day-to-day purpose in life & to keep her out of trouble. What if Genoa City had another coffee shop with a Phyllis Summers twist??…
Marchetti Home to Decorate GC’s New Coffee House
The decor at the only coffee shop in Genoa City is as old as Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Newman) couch. Coincidentally, Sharon Newman is the owner/operator of Crimson Lights which hosts decor as old as her couch. While Marchetti was clearly made up to give Phyllis a job to keep her out of trouble, it didn’t work for her but her daughter & Marchetti CEO Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) still has a catalog somewhere. Rich leather couches, cozy ambiance, & complimentary pieces from this decade can all be provided by Summer’s Marchetti Home.
Crimson Lights Can Keep Esther & Cut Their Hours
Often Crimson Lights is open late at night, later than Abby Winters’ (Melissa Ordway) restaurant Society. After Phyllis opens her new coffee shop experience with espresso martinis & cigars, Crimson Lights can close a normal coffee shop closing time. Phyllis’ coffee shop will not be normal. Her shop will be the Grand Phoenix of coffee shops & it will be amazing. Sharon Newman can keep Esther on staff to back her up as she goes through her latest circus of troubled affairs & take a few steps back.
Phyllis Summers will also be amazing again & Genoa City residents will finally have another place to visit & to do business. Now if she can manage to reopen the Grand Phoenix she can run luxury golf carts back & forth in order to provide experiences in Genoa City on Y&R never experienced before.
